Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は、牛乳、ジユース等の液体用容器とし
て近年とみに使用されている屋根型をした紙容器
に主として利用しうるストロー差込孔付紙容器に
関する。[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a paper container with a straw insertion hole that can be used primarily for roof-shaped paper containers that have been commonly used in recent years as containers for liquids such as milk and juice.
従来、液体用容器でストロー差込孔を設けたも
のとしては、液体紙容器に予めストロー差込孔を
開孔しておき該孔を紙或いはアルミ箔等でヒート
シールして塞いだものか、紙厚の半分以上の切込
みでストロー差込孔を形成しておき指やストロー
の先でこの切込み内を押して開けるものが一般的
であるが、これらは製造に手間がかかり原価高と
なつたり、不良品を出す虞れが高かつたり、不衛
生的であつたりというような諸欠点を内包してい

これらの欠点を解消するものとして、近年、第
1図及び第2図に示すように、容器体の内面側か
ら半切線1を、外面側から半切線3を設け、半切
線3で囲まれた部分の先端部を摘持して上方へ牽
引することにより該半切線3で囲まれた部分を層
間剥離させ、該半切線3内の半切線1で囲まれた
部分をすつぽりと開孔しうるという考案が提案さ
れた、すなわち、半切線1で囲まれた部分は既に
半切線1により層間剥離した剥離面から容器体内
面まで切断されているため層間剥離せずに半切線
1により破断されて層間剥離した部分3′に付着
して牽引されるのである。而して、この考案で
は、半切線3で囲まれた部分の先端部を牽引し始
める前に正確に層間剥離させることが絶対的必要
条件であるが、この考案では、この条件を充たす
ことが必ずしも容易ではないという欠点がある。
而して、この欠点を除く一方法として半切線3の
先端部を容器体の折線5と重なるように形成して
多少層間剥離気味となるようにし、指先が半切線
3の先端に引掛りやすいようにするという考案が
提案されているが、必ずしも十分とは言えなかつ

図により本考案の一実施例を説明すると、第3
図及び第4図は本考案に係るストロー差込孔付紙
容器の展開図及び組立完了後の斜視図であつて、
通常の屋根型をした液体用紙容器の屋根板に半切
線1,3を設けたものである。半切線1は容器体
の内面側から紙厚の略半分の深さでストローの断
面外周より稍大なる円形に穿設してストロー差込
孔2を区画形成しており、半切線3は容器体の外
面側から紙厚の略半分の深さでU字状に形成して
ある。そして、U字状の半切線3の先端部4は前
記液体用紙容器の屋根板とそれに続く胴板部分と
の間の境界線に近接して刻設されている。而し
て、本考案は先端部5の近傍の部分を除いて、前
記境界線に沿つて、容器体の折線5を刻設したこ
とを特徴とするものである。而して、かく構成す
ることによつて本考案は第1図、第2図に示すも

に湾曲し、且つ、湾曲面全体にわたつて半切線
3の部分が層間剥離気味となつている。従つ
て、第1図,第2図の場合には層間剥離気味と
なつているのが半切線3の先端部と折線5とが
重なつている部分すなわち両者が接している部
分でいわば点であり、極めて面積が小さく、そ
の部分に指先を引掛けて層間剥離を始めさせる
ということが極めて困難であるのに対し、本考
案では半切線3の先端部4の比較的広い部分が
層間剥離気味となつているため指先を引掛けて

これに対し、本考案では、半切線3の近傍部分
を除いて折線5が刻設されているためかかる問
