【考案の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本考案は、液体容器、特にストローなども入れ
ることのできる注出孔を備えた液体紙容器に関す

従来、この種の容器においては多層構成シート
からなり、このシートを打ち抜いてストロー用の

プで剥離可能に覆つた構成を有するものや、実公
昭60−34752号公報で示されているように、注出
孔部をシートの表層部に達しない切り込みで設け
るとともに、この注出孔部を囲むように表層部側
に切り込みを入れて注出孔部を囲むように表層部
側に切り込みを入れて注出孔部を覆う引き剥ぎ可
能なタブ部を設けて、前記タブ部を引き剥ぐと挿
入孔が形成できるようにし、切り込みの一部を容
器本体の山折り罫線部に位置させてその部分を層
間剥離開始位置(捲り始めの位置)とした構成の
もの、そして実公昭62−26345号公報に示される
ように、折り罫線部間に切り込みを配置した構成
のものもあつた。

たタブ部を形成する切り込みが山折り罫線部に位
置するものは、罫線部付けと切り込み付けとの操
作を同時にできないものであつた。すなわち罫線
部付け、切り込み付けは平圧プレス法で行なう場
合、通常は合板にレーザーなどで切り込み溝を作
り、この構内に罫線部であれば帯状の金属片を、
切り込みであれば鋭利な金属片を埋め込み、プレ
ス型とする。そしてこのプレス型にシートを当て
てプレスすると、罫線部または切り込みがシート
に付けられる。したがつて、罫線部と切り込みと
が一致する場合には同一のプレス型に罫線部用の
金属片と切り込み用の金属刃とをつけることがで
きず、プレス型を別々に準備することになる。こ
のように製造工程が増えるという問題点がある。
さらに切り込みを付けたのち、この上に罫線部付
けを行なうつた場合、押圧力で切り込みが埋没し
てしまい、指掛りが悪くなるという問題点を生じ
るものであつた。

入れて、前記切り込み内方に表層部に連続するタ
ブ部を設け、該タブ部の引き剥ぎ時に注出孔部を
開放可能に構成した液体容器であつて、容器本体
の上面部とこの上面部に連続する胴面部との間に
離間した一対の山折り罫線部を設け、この山折り
罫線部の罫線間部に位置して山折り罫線部と直線
状に並び裏層部に達しない切り込みを入れ、前記
タブ部の切り込みを、罫線間部の切り込みに近設
配置したことを特徴とする液体容器を提供して、
従来の問題点を解消するものである。

ようになる。なお、切り込み7は罫線間部6の捲
り上げをさらによくするために、端部それぞれを

り罫線部を設け、この山折り罫線部の罫線間部に
位置して山折り罫線部と直線状に並び裏層部に達
しない切り込みを入れ、前記タブ部の切り込み
を、罫線間部の切り込みに近設配置したので、容
器の組み上げ時に、罫線間部における切り込みの
切り込み縁が表出して罫線間部がきわめて容易に
捲り上げできるようになり、この捲り上げた罫線
間部が指掛りとなつてタブ部を容易に引き上げる
ことができる。また罫線間部に切り込みがあるの
で直線状に折り曲げることができ、タブ部の不用
意な層間剥離を生じさせず、容器の外観を損なう
こともない。さらにプレス型も一つでよく一回の
プレスで山折り罫線部とこの山折り罫線部に並ぶ
切り込みが同時に得られ、製造工程を複雑にする
ことがないなど、実用性にすぐれた効果を奏する
ものである。
