(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, in the conventional panel assembly type panel described above, since the main improvement is in the box structure, there is still one set of work inside the panel. In addition, the strength and rigidity of the frame is unexpectedly lower than that of a welded integral structure.6For example, the floor panel 10
6. Ceiling panel 109. The edges of the outer plate 107 are both bent into an L-shape or a U-shape to form a joint surface, so when the board is lifted, a vertical load is applied as shown in Figure 15. Therefore, deformation centering on the side plate 107 tends to occur, and when the board is in an installed state, the excitation force due to external forces such as other forces causes horizontal deformation as shown in Fig. 16, causing the board to deform as a center. There were problems such as not being able to obtain the required strength and rigidity.

FIG. 7 shows the state of bolted connections of the parts that make up the panel box body, and shows the equipment frame l, floor panel 2, which has been described so far. Ceiling panel 3. FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing the mutual relationship of side plates 4; Nuts are welded to the back side of the screw holes for both poles so that they can be attached to and detached from the outside of the panel from above. These joints are resistant to vertical loads such as hanging, and the steel plate portions do not bend. The structure is designed so that only a tensile load is applied to one bolt, and either a shear load or a tensile load is applied to one bolt. Therefore, it is possible to easily obtain the strength and rigidity of a box structure.

The closing rubber 25 is for dustproofing to close the gaps 26 at the four corners that occur when the side panel 4 and the floor panel 2) or the ceiling panel 3 are joined. For this purpose, it has a trapezoidal cross section that matches the bag shape of the multifaceted board 4, and its length is approximately the same as the thickness of the floor panel 2 and ceiling panel 3. The sealing rubber 25 is attached to the gap 26 by slightly compressing the rubber, inserting it from above, and setting it in place using a frictional force utilizing the elastic reaction force of the rubber.

FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which an instrument is attached to the inner surface of the multi-face plate 4 and a side decorative plate 7 is attached to the outer surface. Here, devices that cannot be attached to the equipment frame 1 due to additions or modifications, such as the terminal block 27. An example is shown in which the switch 28 is mounted on the inner surface of the side plate 4 using a hole therein. This side surface decorative board 7 is covered with spacers 29 from the outside. It is detachably attached using decorative screws 30. The side decorative panel 7 is used to attach the tips of screws that protrude to the outside when a device is installed from the inside, as well as the floor panel 2 shown in FIG. Ceiling panel 3 and side panel 4
It plays the role of covering and hiding the heads of the bolts that are joined to maintain the appearance. Therefore, the thickness of the decorative side panel 7 may be approximately 1/3 of that of each panel constituting the main body, for example, the side panel 4, making it easier to handle due to its weight reduction. Further, from the viewpoint of maintaining the appearance described above, care is taken so that the surface of the side decorative plate 7 and both end surfaces of the side plate 4 are on the same plane when installed.

By configuring the board of this embodiment as described above, even if it is a panel assembly type, the strength and rigidity of the board can be obtained without using any special reinforcement. For example, the vertical load when the board is suspended is mainly borne by the equipment frame l and both side plates 4, and the load form is a simple tensile load. When the panel is hung by hanging wire ropes on hanging bolts set at the four corners of the ceiling panel 3, the top and bottom of the equipment frame 1 and the top and bottom of the side panels 4 are attached to the floor panels 2, respectively. Since it is connected to the ceiling panel 3 with bolts, the vertical load is distributed. Here, floor panel 2. 6I, where the side panel 4 is directly connected to the vertical side surface of the ceiling panel 3! ! The effect of construction is large.

Further, the board sideness in the left and right direction is obtained by the treading of one equipment frame 1 and the rigidity of the floor panel 2. That is, for its purpose, one device frame 1 has a short depth (front-to-back direction) and a long width (horizontal direction) of about 80% of the panel width. The floor panel 2 is integrally welded around the equipment frame mounting pedestal 13 and has sufficient rigidity. Therefore, sufficient rigidity can be obtained by joining the equipment frame I, the floor panel 2, the side plates 4 on both sides of the ceiling panel 32, and the four hitches 8.

Furthermore, the board sideness in the front-rear direction is obtained by joining the single-piece side plate 4 to the floor panel 2 and ceiling panel 3.

That is, the side plate 4 is a single plate with both ends bent into a columnar shape, and the middle plane part excluding the two ends is the floor panel 2. By joining and fastening the panel to the rigid side surface of the ceiling panel 3 in a two-layered manner, the effect of a rigid wall can be obtained despite the simple structure.

In this way, bending effects that are disadvantageous to temporary objects can be largely avoided, and the required strength and rigidity of the board box body can be easily obtained without using complicated joint shapes or structural reinforcing members.

FIG. 11 is a cross-sectional view showing the connected state of the side plate portions in this row-of-boards configuration. Side plates 4A and 4B have holes for connecting bolts at predetermined positions on the joint surface for use in parallel panels.
This is an example in which panels are installed so as to face each other, and a connecting bolt 31 is passed through the connecting bolt hole described above and fastened using a washer and a nut. As can be seen from this figure, in the case of the side-by-side configuration, the decorative side panels 7 for the side panels 4A and 4B are not required. Further, even if the tips of the device attachment screws attached to the side plate protrude from each other, no problem will occur as long as they are within the range of the four parts of the side plate.

This is an example in which the cross-sectional center of the side panel 4C is protruded so as to be on the same plane as both ends, without basically changing the parts of the side panel that connect with the floor panel 2 and ceiling panel 3. This can accommodate an increase in the cross-section modulus of the side plate as well as an increase in the section modulus of the side plate.

Further, although not shown in the drawings, by removably mounting casters on the four corners of the lower surface of the floor panel 2, it becomes possible to easily transport the product on the floor between processes or at the installation site.

[Effects of the Invention] As explained above, according to the present invention, in the assembly process, necessary panels can be supplied in the order of the work process, and one assembly process or complete out-of-board work can be carried out, so assembly work can be simplified. It becomes possible to hire In addition, the main panels have a simple joint shape to reduce the load on the structural members without sacrificing strength or rigidity, so in the final process of 1 assembly, the panels can be joined and assembled into a box shape in order to create reinforcements. A predetermined board sideness can be obtained without using any of the above.
