- 第１電極と、夫々の一方の電極を第１電極に接
続して該第１電極上に配置してある複数の発光ダ
イオードと、該発光ダイオードを囲繞する如くに
配された環状の第２電極と、各発光ダイオードの
他方の電極と第２電極とを接続するワイヤとをパ
ツケージ内に実装してあることを特徴とする発光
ダイオード装置。
