However, when a worker manually removes burrs, the work is carried out depending on the worker's skills and experience, which requires skill and increases the product cost. In addition, workers are likely to be adversely affected by this work,
Easy to get sick. Furthermore, in a device that automates the deburring work by attaching a cutter or polishing tool to the tip of a table that can only move in one direction, it is difficult to shave the product if the shape of the product is different or complex. On the other hand, if the product is not ground, there are problems such as the burr cannot be completely removed.

After the work 40 is placed on the work table, the automatic deburring device moves until the cutters 24 of the deburring units 1 to 10 reach predetermined positions on the work 40. After that, when the guide roller 18 comes into contact with the work 40 and the cutter 24 starts working, the work 40 is covered by the guide roller 18.
The work table performs a preset moving operation so as to be in contact with 8. Thereby, the cutter 24 removes burrs from the workpiece 40. On the other hand, during this work, the cutter 40 is elastically biased so as to be always positioned toward the center, so if a load greater than this elastic force is applied to the cutter 24 for some reason, the cutter 24 will escape from the workpiece 40. I can do it. For this reason, other than burrs, that is, the workpiece 40
There is no shrine attached to it.

(Effects of the Invention) As is clear from the embodiments described above, the present invention is such that the motor 20 is fixed and the guide portion 12 is mounted on a plane orthogonal to the axis.
A transmission shaft 22 connected to a motor 20 is rotatably supported on the guide member 12 formed with a
A guide member 11 is arranged around the guide member 12 so as to cover the guide member 12, and the guide member 11 is placed in a position where the guide member 12a is divided into at least three equal parts in the radial direction of the guide member 12a. Supporting part treetops 14 are disposed at opposing positions so as to be in contact with both surfaces of the guide member 12a, and elastically biased so that the guide member 12 is always located in the center direction between the guide member 12 and the guide member 11. A plurality of spring members such as a plurality of compression springs 15 whose elastic force can be adjusted are interposed, and the cutter 24 is connected to the transmission shaft 22 and is rotatable at least rearwardly in the direction of relative movement between the rotatable cutter 24 and the workpiece 40. A guide roller 18 is arranged which is movable parallel to 24 and rotatable.

In this way, since there is no need for an operator to manually apply direct manual work to the workpiece to remove burrs, the cost of the product is reduced and unmanned operation is also possible. Furthermore, even if there is some variation in the dimensions of the workpiece, the center line of the deburring unit can be moved parallel to the guide member while maintaining a perpendicular state, so that burrs can be reliably removed from the workpiece. Furthermore, since the cutter is not in direct contact with the workpiece, significant effects such as no cutting of the cutter into the workpiece can be achieved.
