【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は先止式瞬間湯沸器における流量制御装
置に関するもので、給湯先栓の開度調節により湯
量を安定して可変することのできるようにしたも
のである。

通水量を制御するガバナ弁体6を有しており、ダ
イヤフラム3の動きを図示しないガス弁に伝えて

ユリー7側壁から前記低圧室5に連通させた低圧
導入管である。9はベンチユリー7の下流側に配

換器、10は通水路2の末端に設けた給湯先栓で
ある。11は定流量水ガバナ1の高圧室4とベン
チユリー7との間に配設した定圧水ガバナであ
り、通水圧の変化によつて弁体12が摺動し、そ
の円錐状弁部13が通水孔14の開度を調節して
通水量を制御するように構成してある。15は弁
部13が通水孔14を開く方向に常時弁体12を
押圧付勢しているバネである。

ものである。そこで給湯先から湯温調節が行えれ
ば使用勝手が飛躍的に向上するが、定流量水ガバ
ナ1とベンチユリー7との間に定圧水ガバナ11
を有していない従来のものでは、給湯先栓10を
絞つて流量を少なくした場合、水ガバナ1の高低
圧室間の差圧が小さくなりガス弁が閉じてしまつ
たり、第3図に示すように一次側給水圧が大きく
なれば、先栓を絞つたにも拘らず給湯先栓の開度
には無関係に、流量が最終的には最大流量付近に
なつてしまい、結局給湯先栓10による安定した
湯量の調節が非常に困難であつた。

第3図の水圧−流量特性図を比較すれば明らかな
ように、先栓の開度には無関係に、定圧水ガバナ
11が作用することにより一定流量に制御できる
範囲が広くなり、しかもそのときの先栓開度に応
じた流量が安定して得られ、湯沸器の流量制御が
良好となるものである。
