On the other hand, attach this to the edge of one of the plate-like members 30 so as to sandwich it elastically, and insert the tip of the machine screw 20 inserted from the plate-like member 40 overlapped with the above member through the screw hole 16 of the nut. It is used in a form that is screwed into the female screw hole 15 and tightened.

Regarding the attachment of the spring plate nut to the plate-shaped member, automatic tools that can automate this process have not yet been developed, and the current situation is that the process still relies on manual work.

A large number of these must be supplied sequentially, all aligned in the same orientation. One possible means for making such a supply possible is to connect a large number of the nuts in advance in the same direction, and then separate them one by one during use. Such a connection is useful not only when automating the above-mentioned installation of spring plate nuts, but also when performing it manually, since it eliminates the hassle of checking the orientation of the nuts one by one and aligning them one by one during installation. It can be omitted.

This is also undesirable from the viewpoint of cost and ease of separation during use.

This is a combination method. The details will be explained below based on the embodiment shown in the drawings.

As shown in the figure, a rectangular spring plate is bent in the middle to form an inverted U-shaped side surface, and has two opposing upper and lower plates 11 and 12. A concave notch 13 is provided in the bent portion of the back that connects the upper plate piece 11 and the lower plate piece 12, and therefore, this bent portion is indicated by reference numerals 14a and 14.
As shown by b, it is divided into left and right halves. In the center of the upper plate piece 11 described above, a female screw hole 15 with a one-pitch female thread is formed in a shape that is slightly raised upwards, and in the center of the lower plate piece 12, the female screw hole 15 has a female screw thread of one pitch. A screw hole 16 with a larger diameter is also provided. Note that the actual distance between the upper and lower plates 11 and 12 of this spring plate nut 10 is gradually narrowed from the back toward the tip in the free state, as shown in FIG. Therefore, in order to facilitate attachment to a plate member 30, which will be described later, the leading edge 11' of the upper plate piece 11 is bent and raised diagonally upward.

That is, on the tip edge of the lower plate piece 12, an engagement protrusion whose tip portion is slightly wider than the base is formed so as to protrude further forward than the upper plate piece 11, and this protrusion piece has a slit 1 in the front-rear direction that reaches the screw hole 16 from its tip, as shown by symbols 17a and 17b.
8, and is divided into left and right halves. Therefore, the lower plate piece 12
The entire body, including the engaging protrusions 17a and 17b, has a C-shaped bottom that is hollowed out with a screw hole 16 and opened with a slit 15.

となるように定められている。 In addition, the horizontal width of the engaging protrusions 17a and 17b including the slit 18 is equal to the width of the concave notch 1 described above.
In relation to 3, it is defined as follows. First, the left and right width of the concave notch 13, and therefore the inner width between the left and right bent portions 14a and 14b, is represented by W1 ,
If the maximum outer width at the tips of the engaging protrusions 17a and 17b including the slits 18 is represented by W 2 and the minimum outer width at the base is represented by W 3 , then W 2 is slightly larger than W 1 and W 3 is Each of them is determined to be equivalent to W 1 , so the relationship between these three is W 2 > W 1 = W 3 ...(1). Also, if the width of the slit 18 is expressed as W 4 , then
The remaining width after subtracting the slit width W 4 from the maximum outer width W 2 is smaller than the notch width W 1 , that is, (W 2 − W 4 ) < W 1 (2). It is defined as follows.

る。 A large number of spring plate nuts 10 configured as described above are connected in the following manner immediately after molding or at an appropriate time thereafter. That is, the entire lower plate piece 12 of the spring plate nut 10 including the engaging protrusions 17a and 17b is connected to the C which is opened by the slit 18.
Because it has a letter-shaped bottom shape, the lower plate piece 1
2 or the engaging protrusion 17a, 1
When lateral pressure in the direction of compression is applied to 7b from both left and right sides, it is elastically deformed so as to narrow the slit width W4 . Therefore, by utilizing this elastic deformation, the maximum outer width W 2 of the engaging protrusions 17a and 17b is made smaller than the width W 1 of the concave notch 13 for the spring plate nut 10' that is to be placed in the second position. At the same time, insert both of the protruding pieces 17a and 17b into the concave notch 13 of the spring plate nut 10 that is to be positioned at the top, and then remove the above-mentioned side pressure and remove the protruding pieces 17a. , 17b, the entire lower plate piece 12 is restored to its shape before elastic deformation. Then, the engaging protrusions 17a, 17b on the second spring plate nut 10'
The distal end portion recovers the maximum outer width W 2 which is larger than the width W 1 of the notch within the concave notch 13 of the leading spring plate nut 10, and forms the bent portions 14a and 14b on the left and right sides of the notch. It is locked in place and will not come off naturally.

7a, 17b can also be pushed into the lower plate piece 12 of the latter 10' with the above-mentioned elastic deformation, and the engaging protrusion 17a of the latter 10' can be pushed into the concave notch 13 of the former 10. , 17b can be inserted and locked.

It is applied to the edge of the plate-like member 30 as shown in Fig. 3. At this time, if the engagement protrusions 17a and 17b are used to make contact with the member 30, it is easier to apply it to a predetermined location on the member. Next, push the spring plate nut 10 toward the plate-like member 30, use the edge of the member to push open the tip opening between the upper and lower plate pieces 11 and 12, and fit the entire nut together, so that both plates It is attached to the member 30 while its edges are elastically sandwiched between the pieces 11 and 12.

The engaging protrusions 17a and 17b receive side pressure from both bent portions 14a and 14b of the attached spring plate nut 10, and the entire lower plate piece 12 is made with a slit width.
In order to cause elastic deformation that narrows W 4 ,
The engaging protrusions 17a, 17b are easily removed from the concave notch 13 of the attached spring plate nut 10. The attached spring plate nut 10 is then separated from the second spring plate nut 10' and left on the edge of the plate member 30. If the same procedure is repeated, the second and subsequent spring plate nuts The spring plate nuts 10', 10'', . . . are also successively separated one by one.

An engagement protrusion divided into left and right halves by a slit is extended at the tip of the lower plate piece, and the entire lower plate piece including the protrusion is formed to have a C-shaped bottom surface. By utilizing the elastic deformation in the direction in which the slit width narrows, the above-mentioned engaging protrusion can be inserted and locked into the concave notch of other spring plate nuts, so that many of the nuts can be It is easy to align them in the same direction and connect them sequentially in the front-rear direction, and it is also easy to separate them one by one during use. Therefore, according to the present invention,
When automating the work of installing a spring plate nut onto a plate-shaped member, it is possible to easily align and supply the nuts in the same direction, making it possible to automate the above work, and also to allow the installation to be carried out manually. Even in the case of work, it is possible to facilitate the handling of the nut immediately before mounting, thereby increasing the efficiency of the work. However, since the connection of the spring plate nut in the present invention is realized by the shape of the nut itself, it is more reliable than relying on the above-mentioned adhesive, can be realized at a lower cost than taping, and is easy to use during use. Easy to separate.
