In conventional waterproof structures, various measures have been taken to prevent water from seeping into the glass, back cover, etc. The glass part has a simplified structure because it is difficult to process it into a complicated shape due to the nature of glass. What is shown in FIG. 1 is an example of a case with a waterproof structure that has already been implemented, and the glass 12 is press-fitted with a gasket 15 interposed between the outer diameter 121 of the glass and the inner diameter 111 of the body glass part to prevent water intrusion. It's getting older. The glass removal is punched out from the inside of the glass. However, if the back cover were to have a similar structure, the glass and back cover would have to be press-fitted from above and below, making it impossible to remove either one. Therefore, it is customary to have a complicated structure in order to make it possible to remove the back cover.

For example, in the example shown in FIG.
31, lower surface of collar 231, outer diameter surface of core 232
The inner diameter 112 of the body forms a packing box that restrains the packing 16 from all sides to prevent water from entering. To remove the back cover, the space between the back cover side 131 and the back side of the trunk 113 is removed by using a screwdriver.

The complexity of this back cover structure requires a large amount of man-hours both in processing and in controlling the dimensions of each part.

For example, not only is it necessary to precisely process each part that forms the packing box, that is, each part on each of the four sides, but also it is necessary to form the back cover with surfaces on three sides, that is, to form a groove. It is necessary to use a processing method that requires a lot of man-hours, such as dividing it into two parts and then brazing it later.Furthermore, since the back cover is constantly stressed in the direction of coming off due to the repulsive force of the packing 16, the biting collar 231 and the biting groove 17 It also takes a great deal of man-hours to create and manage the amount of interlocking.

A bottom receiving collar 512 is formed on the inner periphery of the lower surface of the body 51. Urabutatsuba 53 with the Urabutatsuba
Glass part packing insertion diameter (hereinafter referred to as insertion diameter) 511 so as to receive 1 and back button packing 56
Then, the back cover gasket 56 is interposed between the inner diameter 511 of the body and the outer diameter 533 of the back cover, and the back cover is press-fitted. In this way, it is possible to completely prevent water from seeping in from the bottom part, similar to the glass part of the conventional embodiment shown in FIG. Next, the glass push-up member 54 that abuts against the outer periphery of the bottom bottom surface 532 is inserted. It goes without saying that this glass push-up member can be molded in the inner diameter direction and used as a part for holding an instrument body. The upper surface of the glass pushing member is used as a receiving surface for the glass part gasket 55 and the glass 52, and the inner diameter of the cylinder 51 is
1 and the glass outer diameter 521, the glass part packing 5
If the glass 52 is press-fitted with the glass 52 interposed, the glass portion can be completely prevented from getting wet, and a waterproof structure case can be achieved.

When removing the glass or back cover of the case constructed in this manner, applying stress in the direction of the top surface of the case to the back cover bottom surface 534 will cause stress to be applied to the back cover layer as well as to the glass portion via the glass push-up member 54. works, the back cover and glass can be punched out at the same time, and the practical requirement that the back cover or glass must be removable at will for maintenance of the instrument body etc. can also be fully satisfied.

As is obvious from Figure 2, the structure of this invention works as long as the accuracy in the plane direction is maintained, so the structure of the glass part and the back part is simplified. At the same time, the shape in the inside diameter direction of the body is also simplified, and the waterproof structure case We have solved the problem that required a large amount of man-hours both in processing and management, and have solved important problems in manufacturing, such as reducing the number of man-hours, resulting in shortened lead times, and simplified management. The effect is remarkable.
