Abstract

PURPOSE:To continuously form the sectional plate having dissimilar both faces inexpensively by providing the plate shaped die equipping a bar part further at the rear part of the plate shaped die and providing the barred roll pressing the long sized plate shaped material with its one face being formed dissimilarly thereto. CONSTITUTION:The flat roll 3 on which a pressing force F1 is acted is rolled the range of l1, pressing to the plate surface of a material 2, a clamp 4 moves the material 2, a long sized plate shaped material 2 is squeezed to the raised part 1C of a die 1 and formed in the irregular shape having a thin thickness part and thick thickness part on its one face 2a. On the plate shaped die 6 equipping the bar part 6b of the rear part of the plate shaped die 1 the bar part 6b in a recessed bar shape gradually becoming sharrow extending over from the front part 6c to the rear part 6d is formed. The material 2 is pressed to the plate surface 6a by the rolling of the barred roll 7 which cooperates with a die 6 and on each time when the pressing is completed the movement of the material 2 for the prescribed distance by the clamp 4 is repeated and the irregular shape of the extruded projecting bar is formed by the bar part 6b of the die 6 on the face 2b of the other part.

(Prior art) The applicant has previously developed a device of this type in which a long flat material made of a material such as a copper alloy or stainless steel is placed in contact with the plate surface of a flat die with an acute angle at the tip. proposed a flat roll that presses the long flat material onto the plate surface by rolling in a range corresponding to the plate surface of the flat die (Japanese Patent Publication No. 52-36512). The long flat plate material is
When the flat roll is completely pressed against the plate surface of the flat die by rolling, it is transferred from the tip of the flat die to the rear by a predetermined length, and by repeating this compression and transfer, thin and thick parts are formed. A long irregular cross-section plate is manufactured.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In the present invention, a long flat material is provided on the plate surface of a flat die having an acute angle, and a flat material is rolled in a range corresponding to the plate surface of the flat die. In the case where the material is pressed against the plate surface by a roll to form one side of the material into an irregular shape, and then the material is moved a predetermined distance, the material is further placed behind the flat die. A flat die having a striped portion that comes into contact with the one side formed into the irregular shape and extends in the length direction of the material is provided, and rolling is carried out in a range corresponding to the plate surface of the flat die having the striped portion. The above-mentioned problems are solved by providing a striped roll having stripes for pressing the material onto the plate surface.
