【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はステムを側面から押圧傾斜して開弁す
るエアゾールバルブに係るもので、特に接着剤、
充填剤等の高粘度物を内容物とするエアゾール製
品に用いる場合、好都合なものである。ステムを
側面から押圧傾斜して開弁するエアゾールバルブ
は従来より存在したが、操作性が極めて悪く開弁
動作に大きな力を必要とするとともに高粘度物を
内容物とする場合、噴出量が少量となり内容物の
使用目的に応じた充分な量を短時間で得ることが
できないものであつた。即ち従来公知の傾斜開弁
方式のエアゾールバルブは、第1図に示す如くエ
アゾール容器のマウンテンキヤツプ1の中央開口
部にゴム材で形成した肉厚筒状のガスケツト2を
挿入固定し、このガスケツト2の中央にステム3
を密接挿入していた。このステム3は下端のフラ
ンジ部4をガスケツト2下面に密接し、ガスケツ
ト2の内面でステム3の内容物導入孔5を閉止す
る方法をとつていた。この従来公知の方法で内容
物を噴出するには、エアゾール容器を倒立しステ
ム3の外方突出部6を側方に押圧すれば、ステム
3およびガスケツト2の外方突出部7は、二点鎖
線で示す如く傾斜し、フランジ部4の一方とガス
ケツト2の一端面とを分離することにより内容物
導入孔5を開放し、導出路8から内容物の噴出を
行なつていた。この方式による場合は内容物導入
孔5がステム3の側面軸方向に開孔されるととも
にガスケツト2にシール機能と姿勢制御機能をも
持たせているため、ガスケツト2を肉厚強固に形
成しなければならずステム3の傾斜時にガスケツ
ト2は側方への変形とともに軸方向に圧縮され、
内容物導入孔5の開放には大きな力を必要とし短
時間のバルブ開放しか行なえないものであつた。
又内容物導入孔5の開放面積も狭く短時間で多量
の内容物放出を行う事はできないものであつた。

付勢し、この付勢力によつてステムの一端に連結
したハウジングの一端開口縁をマウンテンキヤツ
プ内面に位置するとともにマウンテンカツプの外
面まで突出することのない平板状のガスケツトに
押圧密接し、この一端開口縁に連通するステムの
導出路とエアゾール容器内部との連通を常時は遮
断することを特徴とし、ステムの姿勢制御を行う
発条とシール性を持たせるガスケツトとを全く別
個に形成したため、発条を不必要に強固とするこ
となく復元力の比較的弱いものを用い開弁動作を
容易とすることができるとともにシール部をハウ
ジングの一端開口縁とガスケツトの密接により行
なうものとしたから開弁時に於ける一端開口縁の
開口状態を大きくし、短時間で多量の高粘度内容
物の噴出を可能とするものである。

に形成され、マウンテンキヤツプ11の内面に位
置し、外面に突出することが無いように形成して
いる。

り、作業効率を向上することができるものであ
