高温油中への食品の浸漬を自動的にかつ任意の時
間長でなし、かつマイクロ波照射も任意時間長で
行ない得るフライ装置を提供できると良い。

が下降して食品が油中に沈み、次いで第1タイマ
つまみTMN1でセツトされた時間長だけマイクロ
波照射がなされ、マイクロ波加熱終了後第2タイ
マつまみ(TMN2)でセツトされた時間長が経過
すると、食品載置体7が上昇して食品が油槽より
離れ、フライが完了する。斯る動作は第3図、第
4図に関する以下の説明においてより明らかとな
る。
