Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the abnormal noise by providing a resilient member on at least one of a bearing or an eccentric section of a rotary shaft and positioning said member between the bearing and the eccentric section. Consequently, even when a vibration is excited vertically in the rotary shaft 4, the impact caused through collision between the upper and lower horizontal faces 6, 7 and the facing bearings 8, 9 is absorbed by the resilient member 14 resulting in the elimination of abnormal noise.
