In short, the method of the present invention involves conveying washers of a block electrolytic capacitor in close contact with each other continuously by a parts feeder, aligning and inserting the washers into two rows of washers feeding grooves formed in a guide section, and inserting the washers into the washer feed grooves formed in the guide section. It is stopped in a fixed position by the front row stopper device and moved in the longitudinal direction and vertical direction with respect to the machine frame by the drive device. A feed rod, which is constantly urged downward by a compression spring, is inserted into the washer that is stopped at the fixed position by the downward movement of the base plate, the washer is held by the feed rod, and the base plate is moved forward. As a result of the movement, the feed rod with the washer inserted and held therein is moved to a position facing two ejector pins that are vertically slidably fitted into the jig, and the base plate is further lowered to allow the feed rod to be inserted and held by the sleeve. The washer is pushed down along the feed rod, and the washer is transferred to an ejecting pin of the jig and fixed on the jig. a parts feeder that continuously conveys the washer in close contact with each other; a guide section having a washer feed groove into which the washers are aligned and inserted in two rows; and a stopper for stopping the washers in the front row at a fixed position. A device, a link device that slides two sliding shafts supported on a machine frame in the front and back direction, and a link device that slides the support shaft supported on a support fixed to the tip of the sliding shaft in the vertical direction. a drive device consisting of an actuating device; a base plate having one end fixed to the support shaft; two sleeves fixed to the other end of the base plate; The jig has two built-in feed rods that are constantly biased downward by compression springs and two ejector pins that are arranged so that they can face the feed rods when they move to the frontmost part. It is characterized by having the following ingredients.

The present invention is configured as described above, and its operation will be explained below. The washer 11 is conveyed through the parts feeder 1 by a vibrator, but since the washer 11 is punched out with a press, it may have burrs and may get stuck in the washer feed groove 2a of the guide section 2 on the way. It may stop for a while. Like this, Washia 1
If the washers 11 are not conveyed in close contact with each other, that is, if there are gaps between the washers 11, it is necessary to temporarily stop the automatic assembly machine and take out the defective washers 11. The presence or absence of a gap between the washers 2 is detected by a photoelectric washer detection device 33. To explain the operation of this photoelectric washer detection device 33, the light beam 36 emitted from the light source 34 of the photoelectric washer detection device 33 is transmitted to the cover plate 1.
When the washer 11 is continuously conveyed in close contact with the washer 11, the light beam 36 is obstructed in its progress by the washer 11, and as a result, the light receiving element 3
Since the light beam 36 does not reach 5, no pulse signal is generated and the automatic assembly machine continues to operate normally. If there is a gap between the washers 11, the light beam 36 passes through the long groove 2b of the washer feed groove 2a and reaches the light receiving element 35, and as a result, a pulse signal is generated and the automatic assembly machine is stopped. In this way, when the presence or absence of the washer 11 is detected by the photoelectric washer detection device 33 and the normal feeding of the washer 11 is confirmed, the washer 1
1 advances until it comes into contact with the tips of the swinging members 15 and 16 of the stopper device 3. The support shaft 25 is then moved by the wire device 26 actuated by the cam device.
As the machine moves downward, the base plate 5 and the feed rod 7 also fall, and the feed rod moves into the hole 11 of the washer 11 in the front row.
It is inserted and held in a. The sliding shaft 21 is then moved forward by a linkage 23 actuated by a cam arrangement.

Here, the stopper device 3 detects whether the washer 11 is inserted into the feed rod 7 or not. That is, when the washer 11 is inserted and held in the feed rod 7, when the feed rod 7 moves forward, the swinging member 1
5 and 16 are torsion springs 18 by washers 11.
The actuator 1 of the micro switch 17 swings about the pivot shaft 14 in the directions of arrows C and D as shown in FIG.
7a moves a certain distance. Then, the micro switch 17 is turned on and the automatic assembly machine continues normal operation. If the washer 11 is not inserted and held in the feed rod 7, the swing members 15 and 16 will be pressed only by the feed rod 7, and the swing angle of the swing members 15 and 16 will be 7 is smaller than when the washer 11 is inserted into the holder 7, the movement of the actuator 17a is also small, the micro switch 17 remains OFF, and the automatic assembly machine stops.

When it is confirmed by the stopper device 3 that the washer 11 is inserted and held in the feed rod 7 in this way, the sliding shaft 21 is moved forward by the link device 23 operated by the cam device, and the feed rod 7 comes to face the ejecting pin 32 of the jig 8.
Then, the sliding shaft 21 is lowered by the wire device 26, and the feed rod 7 is moved downward by the ejecting pin 32.
The washer 11 is pushed downward along the feed rod 7 by the sleeve 6, and the washer is transferred to the ejector pin 32.

When the washer 11 is inserted and held by the ejector pin 32, the base plate 5 and the feed rod 7 rise again and further retreat rearward due to the cooperative action of the link device 23 and the return spring 27. Thereafter, the jig 8 with the washer 11 placed on the counterbore 30a is intermittently advanced one pitch at a time by a conveyor, and a lead board supply device, a lead board straightening device, a lead board detection device (not shown), etc. The attachment of the cap to the lead plate of the block type electrolytic capacitor element is completed through the lead plate cutting, the lead plate and washer connection device, the cap mounting device, and the cap crimping device. Thereafter, the jig 8 is moved in an empty state by the conveyor and returns to the position of the washer feeder, and the above-described operation is repeated.

[Scope of Claims] 1. Washers of block type electrolytic capacitors are continuously conveyed in close contact with each other by a parts feeder,
The washers are aligned in two rows and fitted into the washer feed grooves formed in the guide section, the front row portion of the washers is stopped at a fixed position by a stopper device, and the washer is stopped against the machine frame by a drive device. The feed rod, which is fitted into a sleeve fixed to a base plate that moves in the front-rear and vertical directions and is constantly biased downward by a compression spring built into the sleeve, is moved to the fixed position by the downward movement of the base plate. The washer is inserted into the washer stopped at , the washer is held on the feed rod, and the feed rod with the washer inserted and held is inserted into the jig so as to be slidable in the vertical direction by the forward movement of the base plate. Then, the base plate is lowered and the washer is pushed down along the feed rod by the sleeve, and the washer is transferred to the ejector pins of the jig. A washer feeding method for a block type electrolytic capacitor, characterized in that the block type electrolytic capacitor is fixedly placed on a jig. 2. A parts feeder for conveying washers in close contact with each other; a guide section having washers feeding grooves into which the washers are aligned and inserted in two rows; and a guide section for stopping the washers in the front row at a fixed position. a stopper device, a link device that slides the two sliding shafts supported on the machine frame in the front-back direction, and a link device that slides the support shaft supported on a support fixed to the tip of the sliding shaft in the vertical direction. a drive device consisting of an actuating device for moving; a base plate having one end fixed to the support shaft; two sleeves fixed to the other end of the base plate; Built-in two feed rods that are constantly biased downward by compression springs and two ejector pins that are arranged so that they can face the feed rods when they move to the frontmost part. A washer feeding device for a block type electrolytic capacitor, characterized in that it is equipped with a jig.
