(Problem that the invention aims to solve) This type of tight frame is difficult to construct because the tight frame is welded to the purlin to match the wave spacing of the corrugated sheet, so it may not match the waves of the corrugated sheet. In addition, the position of the hanger 4 may not match, making it difficult to tighten the hanger, and there is also a risk that the corrugated plate may hit the hanger during construction and bend the hanger.

With the intention of improving the above-mentioned drawbacks, there is a system in which the hangers are attached to a tight frame in advance so that the hangers that get in the way during roofing can be knocked down. Kosho 56-

However, in all of the prior documents, the tight frame is formed so that the slope of the tight frame matches the slope of the corrugated sheet in order to form a slope along the slope of the folded part of the corrugated sheet. It requires a lot of effort and effort.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention provides a tight frame that does not require forming a tight frame to match the inclination of the folded portion of the corrugated plate as described above, and has a structure that is easy to construct. The present invention will be explained below with reference to Examples.
FIG. 2 is an exploded view of the tight frame main body 5 and the hanger 8 according to the present invention. , and is configured to be attached to the main building 1 by welding. Further, the upper part of the main body 5 is split into two parts and bent back and forth, and the bent part is inclined so that each folded line intersects to form a mountain shape, and a hanger 8 projects upward from the bent part. is configured by attaching 9 bolts. If the bolt 9 is a square root bolt, the nut 10 will be tightened better. The present invention is particularly effective because the folding lines of the upper folding portion 7 are made mid-height so as to intersect, and are configured to flow downward from side to side around the highest point P (see Fig. 3). As shown in Fig. 3, the bending line of the upper part of the tight frame main body 5 is configured such that the right side flows to the right and the left side flows to the left, centering on the highest point P, and this slope is related to the slope of the corrugated sheet roof. However, the roof slope is usually considered to be less than 10/100, so the slope should be 10/100.
Also, a corner 11 is attached to the lower end of the hanger 8 attached to the main body 5.

It is convenient to indicate the inclination positions of five points: 100, 5/100, 7.5/100, and 10/100.

(Function) Next, the operation and usage of the present invention will be explained. The mounting portion 6 of the tight frame of the present invention is attached to the main building 1 by welding, with the wave position of the corrugated roof 3 planned. As shown in Fig. 3, the upper folded part 7 has a middle height at the center of the folded line, and the left and right sides of the highest point P flow downward, so when the slope of the corrugated roof is less than 10/100, The back side of the corrugated sheet is supported at the highest point P, and there is only a slight gap between the upper bent part 7 and the corrugated sheet except for the highest point P, and when the roof slope is 10/100, the upper bent One side of the part makes surface contact with the back side of the corrugated sheet. If the folding line is horizontal, the bending part 7 will completely contact the back side of the corrugated sheet if the roof slope is 0, but if there is a roof slope, the contact position with the back side of the corrugated sheet will be slightly different. This will be at either end of the upper bent portion 7, and at other locations there will be some clearance between the back surface of the corrugated plate and the upper bent portion. If the hanger 8 gets in the way of roofing, it may be sufficient to lay it around the bolt 9, but according to the design of the roof slope, the corners 11 of the hanger 8 can be attached to the main body 5 with markings 0, a, b. , c, d, the inclination of the hanger 8 can be adjusted to the designed inclination angle. For example, if the roof slope is 10/100, the corner 11 of the hanger
When set to scale d, the hanger 8' is at the position, and in this state the slope of the hanger can be fixed to match 10/100 of the roof slope. The corrugated sheet roof 3 can be connected and fixed around the hanger 8 by dovetail tightening, as shown in FIG. 4. When using the bolt 9 of the hanger 8, the through hole of the main body 5 is squared to serve as a rotation stopper, so the bolt 9 of the hanger 8 is a nut 10.
becomes easier to tighten. Also, as shown in Figure 5A and B, if two bolt holes are provided for attaching the hanger, the position of the hanger can be interchanged, and when the main body 5 is folded, it will be able to withstand the load of the roof. Increases longitudinal strength.

(Effect of the invention) As described above, the present invention is a hardware for fixing a corrugated sheet roof to the main roof by seaming, and the hem of one board is split in half and bent back and forth to attach the part to the main building. The upper part is split into two parts, bent back and forth, and the bent part is inclined so that the folded lines intersect to form a mountain shape, and a hanger protruding upward from the bent part is attached with bolts. Since the frame is a tight frame, the slope of the upper edge of the hanger should match the roof slope if it has a sign that supports the slope of the hanger so that the upper edge of the hanger matches the roof slope. In addition, when fixing a corrugated sheet roof, there is little gap between the back side of the corrugated sheet roof and the top surface of the upper bend of the tight frame, so there is no waste in roof installation work, and the corrugated sheet roof can be fixed easily. It is possible to obtain an extremely excellent tight frame in which the tight frame can be placed on the main roof and roofing work can be performed regardless of the position with the tight frame and the inclination of the folding part. In addition, with conventional tight frames, if the wave ends at the peak of the corrugated plate, the tight frame breaks at the peak, resulting in incomplete support for the hanger, but with the present invention. can reliably support the hanger even in such a case.
