Conventionally, when tiering metal roofing sheets, for example, the metal roofing sheets are formed on the upper surface of the roof base made of the purlin, rafters, sheathing boards, etc., at the rear end (water side end) of the metal roofing sheet. After that, the upper metal roof plate is attached to the lower metal roof plate using the engagement part formed at the front end of the upper metal roof plate. With the metal roof plates fitted into the stoppers, attach them to the roof base using similar hangers, and then repeat the same process one after another from the bottom to the top. It was attached to the top of the base.

(2) If the slope of the roof is gentle, it is possible to install metal roof shingles by climbing on top of the roof base; however, if the slope is steep, metal roof shingles can be installed on the roof base. , must be done from roof scaffolding erected along the roof base,
Coupled with the fact that the metal roof panels had to be installed one by one, the work was not easy to do and was extremely dangerous.

In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical measures taken by the present invention are as follows. That is, the roof panel according to the present invention is a metal roof consisting of a rectangular steel base frame that can be attached to the structural steel frame of a building from inside the building, and a plurality of metal roof plates stepped on the top surface of the rectangular steel base frame. A facing plate is provided at the front end of the metal roof facing material with an engaging portion consisting of a hanging plate portion bent downward and a folded plate portion folded diagonally downward from the lower end thereof, and an engaging portion is provided at the rear end thereof. An upward locking portion corresponding to the engaging portion is provided, and left and right side plate portions bent diagonally downward are provided at both left and right ends, and portions near both left and right ends of the horizontal frame on the underwater side of the steel base frame. To,
It is characterized in that screw holes are formed that penetrate in the front-rear direction, and a bolt with an operating part is screwed into each screw hole from the rear.

When attaching multiple roof panels to the structural steel frame from the underwater side to the above water side, the roof panels should be fitted with the engaging part formed on the front edge of the metal roof panel to the roof panel installed previously. Movement (parallel movement from the underwater side to the above water side) is required to fit into the locking part at the rear end of the metal roof panel, but according to the above configuration, the roof panel can be suspended. By rotating the bolt with the operating part while the load of the roof panel is being transferred to the structural steel frame, the tip of the bolt can be used to remove water from the steel base frame of the roof panel that was previously installed. The upper roof panel can be pushed toward the water side by hitting the side horizontal frame, and the engaging portion can be easily fitted into the locking portion.

In addition, since the left and right side panels installed on both the left and right ends of the metal roofing material are slanted diagonally downward, the roof panel must be hung with a crane or the like and hung above the water side of the roof panel that was previously installed. At this time, the slanted left and right side panels of both roof panels serve as guides, allowing the roof panels to be hung into a predetermined position accurately and easily.

Movement (from below water side to above water side) in order to fit the engagement part formed on the front end of the metal roof siding material to the latching part on the rear end of the metal roof siding material of the previously constructed roof panel. ) is required, but
According to the above configuration, by rotating the bolt with the operation part while the roof panel is suspended or the load of the roof panel is transferred to the structural steel frame, the tip of the bolt can be moved in advance. It is possible to push the upper roof panel toward the water side by abutting against the horizontal frame on the water side of the steel base frame of the roof panel constructed using the roof panel. Therefore, even though the roof panel is attached to the structural steel frame by work from inside the building, the engaging part can be easily and securely fitted to the locking part, and water tightness due to poor construction in this part can be avoided. This can prevent performance deterioration.
