The present invention relates to an improvement of an apron device in a binding spinning machine whose main components include an apron device and a temporary twisting device as described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 52-43256. The apron device in a conventional spinning machine combines one bottom apron with one top apron, and the apron device in the above-mentioned binding spinning machine also combines one bottom apron with one top apron. It's here. However, binding spinning machines can spin at higher speeds than conventional ring spinning machines, and higher speeds are necessary to reduce spinning costs, but generally speaking, higher speeds also increase machine costs, so it is important to keep this low. This is necessary for an economical spinning method. To this end, it is effective to spin two or more yarns with one roller system, and even if it is necessary to slightly increase the roller width and other parts, the machine cost per yarn can be reduced. It is quite possible to do so. A problem that arises when carrying out this one-roller multi-filament spinning is interference between adjacent threads in the apron unit of the binding spinning machine. That is, abnormal tension is generated due to the fiber ends of adjacent yarns being rolled up during temporary twisting, resulting in yarn breakage. In order to prevent this, increasing the width of the roller sufficiently to increase the distance between yarns would go against the original purpose of reducing machine costs. Completely separating each row not only does not reduce machine costs sufficiently, but also has no practical effect on preventing waste thread from being wound around the bottom roller, which is the drive shaft. In view of the above-mentioned points, an object of the present invention is to reduce the occurrence of yarn breakage, improve operability, and reduce the machine cost of the apron device for transferring fibers in a binding spinning machine. We aim to provide an apron device for spinning machines. This purpose is to provide a device in which a fiber bundle that has been drafted into a ribbon shape is transferred and temporarily twisted into a bound spun yarn by a pair of upper and lower apron devices each having a wedge-shaped opening at the tip. An apron device for a spinning machine characterized by combining a plurality of top aprons with a bottom apron.More specifically, by having a single bottom apron, machine costs can be reduced and waste threads can be prevented from getting wrapped around the drive shaft. This can be achieved by providing an apron device for transferring fibers in a binding spinning machine that prevents interference between adjacent yarns by dividing the top apron into individual yarns. Next, embodiments of the apron device of the present invention will be described in detail based on the drawings. FIG. 1 illustrates the main parts of an embodiment of a binding spinning machine including an apron device of the present invention, in which a sliver 1 passes through a cross roller 2, a second roller 3, and a cradle apron 4, and is divided into two parts for each thread. Top front apron divided into pieces 5
The yarn is sent out from one bottom front apron 6 and temporarily twisted by an air temporary twisting device 7 having a suction function and a temporary twisting function to become a bundled spun yarn 8. Next, the reason why the top front apron 5 is divided into two pieces will be explained in detail. An important point in forming this bound spun yarn is that when the fleece sent out from the front apron is temporarily twisted, the fibers in the periphery are twisted later than the fibers in the center. It can be said that unstable fibers are suspended between the nip point of the front apron and the air temporary twisting device 7. Therefore, when the top front apron 5 is made of one piece, as shown by the arrow in FIG. The fibers are on 2
This causes twisting between the threads, resulting in thread breakage. If the top front apron 5 is divided into two pieces, the airflow will be divided for each top apron 5 as shown in FIG. 3, and it is possible to prevent yarn breakage due to the phenomenon of twisting of floating fibers. Further, since there is only one bottom front apron 6, there is little exposed portion of the bottom shaft, and it is possible to prevent waste yarn from being wound around this portion at the same time. As described above, if the apron device of the present invention is used in the apron part of bundled spun yarn, the distance between yarns can be reduced, so multi-filament spinning can be performed with a relatively small roller system, and yarn breakage can be avoided. A compact binding spinning machine with few inconveniences and low machine costs can be achieved. Hereinafter, the specific configuration and effects of the device of the present invention will be explained using Examples. Example In the binding spinning machine shown in FIG. 1, there are two cases in which the distance between adjacent yarns is 40 mm and 70 mm, and in each case, an apron device having an airflow passage part of the present invention and one piece for both the top and bottom are used. The bundled spun yarn was spun using a conventional apron device consisting of an apron with multiple threads. The width of the front apron is as shown in Table 1 below.

[Table] In Table 1, ×1 indicates that there is one apron for 2 threads, ×2 indicates that the apron is divided for each thread, 41 × 2 is 8 mm, 55 × 2
In this example, a 10mm airflow passage is provided. The conditions for spinning the bundled spun yarn are as follows. Material: 100% polyester cut sliver Single yarn thickness: 1.5d Average fiber length: 110mm Brake draft ratio: 1.3x Apron draft ratio: 6.2x Fleece width: Approx. 10mm Front apron speed: 200m/min Front apron nip point and Distance between apron opening tips: 150mm Front apron tip opening width: 6mm Distance between front apron opening tip and temporary twist nozzle entrance: 10mm Delivery roller speed: 190m/min Spinning count: No. 34 (meter count) During spinning in each spinning The number of thread breakages per hour at 1000 sp, which is thought to be due to interference between adjacent threads, is as shown in Table 2 below.
