るに好適な回転刃の傾斜装置に関するものであ
る。

外の箇所を削る部分は両側切削部の半分しか材料
に当たらないため両側を削る箇所は刃の摩耗が著
しい。従つてその箇所を時々簡単にずらせてこの
部分だけの摩耗を防ぐようにしたものである。
