Claims (1)
複数の燃焼室を包含する渦巻室ボイラプラントに
おいて、前記燃焼室の底部は燃焼室の壁部から燃
焼空気用の中央入口に向かつて下方に傾斜し、前
記燃焼室の頂部には排出ガス及び灰粒子用の出口
が設けられ、さらに燃焼及び不活性殻粒状の材料
を前記燃焼室の底部に導体する手段が設けられ、
さらに前記燃焼室の出口付近に、灰粒子及び排ガ
スから高温の灰粒子の一部を分離しかつこの高温
の灰粒子の少なくとも一部を燃焼室に復帰させる
分離器が設けられ、さらに分離されて冷えた灰を
燃焼室に復帰させる他の手段が設けられ、前記燃
焼室底部の傾斜によつて燃料及び不活性材料が重
力で燃焼室底部内の中央入口に向かつて送られ、
この中央入口内で燃料は高温の不活性材料と接触
してその発火点温度に到着し、さらに燃焼空気と
接触して燃焼し、前記燃焼室内の略中央部上方へ
向かう流れと壁部に沿つて下方へ向かう流れとか
らなる渦巻きが形成される構成とした渦巻室ボイ
ラプラント。 2 前記不活性材料は燃料が燃焼する際に生じる
ような灰である実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記
載のボイラプラント。 3 渦巻室内に充填すべき材料の量を決定する測
定手段が設けられている実用新案登録請求の範囲
第1項又は第2項に記載のボイラプラント。 4 ボイラチユーブは燃焼室の壁部に沿つて垂直
方向に配置されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第
1項乃至第3項のいずれかに記載のボイラプラン
ト。 5 石灰又はドロマイトが燃料と共に供給されて
いる実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項乃至第4項記
