As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the conventional gondola of this type has a support 2 on the roof of a building 1, a beam 3 fixed to the upper end of the support 2, and a traveling vehicle 4 mounted on this beam 3. A hoist crane is configured, and a gondola 6 is suspended from a wire 5 suspended from a traveling vehicle 4. By operating the wire 5, the gondola 6 is raised and lowered, and a worker riding on the gondola 6 can clean the outer wall of a building. Wall repair work was being carried out.

However, if the gondola 6 is simply suspended in this way, the gondola 6 may sway along the wall of the building or move away from the wall due to strong winds or reaction from work, as shown by the chain lines in Figures 1 and 2. tremors, creating an extremely dangerous situation. Particularly in high-rise buildings, the wind accelerates and the gondolas shake violently, making it not only dangerous but also difficult to work on, making cleaning and wall repair work extremely difficult.

In order to solve this inconvenience, structures have been proposed in which gondola locking devices such as small hookers are installed on the wall of the building, and guide rails are installed to guide the gondola, but these structures do not spoil the aesthetics of the building or interfere with the construction. Problems such as high costs arose.

The present invention has been made to achieve the above object. That is, the present invention is a box-shaped gondola for high-rise buildings that is suspended along the wall of a building by a hoist crane, and the gondola is provided with a support frame formed by connecting a plurality of pipes vertically and horizontally and communicating with each other. Both ends of the pipe, which is movable up and down and located on both sides of the gondola in the support frame, are bent toward the wall of the building, and a suction member is provided at the tip of the pipe, communicating with the pipe and engaging with the wall of the building by suction. established,

In this embodiment, a plurality of pipe members are arranged and connected vertically and horizontally and communicated with each other to form a support frame 19.
is formed, and the support frame 19 is provided on the gondola 6 so as to be vertically movable. To further explain the support frame 19, bearings 8 are provided on the same axis at the upper and lower ends of both sides of the work platform 7 of the gondola 6 on which the worker rides, using the frame of the gondola 6, and there is a vertical line between these bearings 8, 8. The pipes 9, 9 on both sides disposed in are fitted together so as to be vertically movable. Both ends of the pipes 9, 9 on both sides are respectively bent toward the wall of the building, and a suction member 9a in the form of a suction cup communicating with the pipes 9, 9 is fixed to the bent tip.

Further, a reinforcing plate 13 is stretched in a lower space surrounded by the reinforcing frames 11, 11 and 12.
A blower case 14 is fixed to the reinforcing plate 13, and a blower 16 rotated by a motor 15 is housed within the blower case 14. In addition, the pipe 10 and the blower case 14 are the pipe 1
They are connected via 7. Therefore, blower 16
When the is rotated, negative pressure is generated in the blower case 14, and this negative pressure is guided to the pipes 17, 10 and the pipes 9, 9 on both sides, and the suction member 9a, which sucks air from the suction member 9a, is applied to the wall surface 1a of the building. It is adsorbed.

First, the gondola 6 is lowered to a predetermined position along the wall surface 1a of the building by operating a wire 5 suspended from a traveling vehicle 4 of a hoist crane provided on a beam 3 provided on the roof of the building. Then, by operating the motor 15, the blower 16 is rotated to generate negative pressure, and the suction member 9a is adsorbed onto the wall surface 1a. In this state, the pipes 9 on both sides and the gondola 6 are relatively movable, so the pipes 9 on both sides are in a lowered position due to their own weight, and the gondola 6 is moved upward between the left and right pipes 9, 9. It is in a state where it is placed in.

Therefore, by loosening the wire 5, the gondola 6 can be lowered little by little along the fixed pipes 9, 9 on both sides.

While the blower 16 is rotating, the pipes 9 on both sides are fixed to the wall surface 1a via the suction member 9a, so the gondola 6 will not swing due to strong winds or reaction forces from cleaning work. Also, as the blower 16 rotates, air is injected from the open end of the blower case 14 on the side opposite to the wall surface 1a, and the injection propulsion force generated at this time acts to press the gondola 6 toward the wall surface 1a. The rocking of the gondola is further suppressed.

After the pipes 9, 9 on both sides are once fixed by the adsorption member 9a in this way, the pipes 9, 9 on both sides,
9 serves as a guide, and by loosening the wire 5, the gondola 6 can be lowered little by little within the length range of the pipes 9 on both sides, allowing various operations to be performed in a continuous motion.

When the gondola 6 reaches near the lower ends of the pipes 9, 9 on both sides, the upper ends of the pipes 9, 9 on both sides become far away from the upper ends of the gondola 6, as shown by chain lines in FIG. .

At this time, if the rotation of the blower 16 is loosened or stopped, the suction state by the suction member 9a is canceled, and the pipes 9 on both sides become free and move from the position shown by the chain line in FIG. 3 to the position shown by the solid line due to their own weight. When the blower 16 is rotated, the pipes 9 on both sides are fixed, and various operations can be performed in the same manner as described above. Repeat the same action below and gondola 6
is lowered and various operations are performed.

As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, the gondola is configured to be movable relative to the support frame, and the support frame is made of a pipe member, and blowers are installed at the upper and lower ends of the pipes on both sides so that the gondola is movable relative to the wall surface. Since it is equipped with a suction member, the gondola can be fixed to the wall, and the gondola will not sway due to wind or work reaction forces, allowing workers to safely reach the high rise. Various types of work can be performed on building walls. Furthermore, since the gondola can be moved within a predetermined range without having to operate the support frame each time the gondola is moved up and down, work efficiency is also improved. Moreover, since the support frame itself is formed of a pipe member, no special piping system is required, and the structure is simple.
