の改良に係り、特に、受信側フアクシミリがアナ
ログフアクシミリかデイジタルフアクシミリであ
るかに応じて送信側で付加する情報の大きさを変
更し、アナログフアクシミリ(G規格)では大
きな字、デイジタルフアクシミリ(G規格)で
は小さな字とし、もつて、常に明瞭な送信元識別

リードオンリーメモリ(ROM)、3はマイクロコ
ンピユータを作動するのに必要なデータを一時記
憶するためのランダムアクセスメモリ(RAM
1)、4は1024×8ビツトのランダムアクセスメ
モリ(RAM2)で、マイクロコンピユータ
(CPU)1は、発信時刻、発信元、頁数等の送信
元識別情報をリードオンリーメモリ(ROM)2
中のキヤラクタジエネレータにより第2図に示す
ような5×7ドツトの画素に分解し、アドレスバ
スAB及びデータバスDBを通してランダムアクセ
スメモリ(RAM2)4に書き込む。なお、ラン
ダムアクセスメモリ(RAM2)4に書き込まれ
る情報は、7ビツトが識別情報、1ビツトが識別
情報が有効であることを示す有効信号で、有効信
号が“1”の時はスキヤナー5からの画情報に代
つて識別情報を出力し、“0”の時はスキヤナー
5からの画情報を出力する。ランダムアクセスメ
モリ(RAM2)4の読み出しは、マルチプレク
サ6によりランダムアクセスメモリ(RAM2)
4のアドレスをコラムカウンタ8からのアドレス
に切り換えて主走査を行い、ロウカウンタ10に
よりマルチプレクサ11を副走査して行う。な

のコラムマルチカウンタ7は主走査方向1画素に
対して1個の割合で出力されるスキヤナー5から
のビデオクロツクを計数して主走査クロツクをコ
ラムカウンタ8へ出力し、また、ロウマルチカウ
ンタ9は副走査方向1画素に対して1個の割合で
出力されるスキヤナー5からのライン同期信号を
計数して副走査クロツクをロウカウンタ10へ出
力する。1文字は、前述のように、5×7ドツト
で表わされるが、周囲の空白も含めると7×9ド
ツトとなり、コラムカウンタ8は1/1024、ロウカ
ウンタ10は1/9カウンタで構成される。マルチ
プレクサ11は、ロウカウンタ10により副走査
方向7ビツトはランダムアクセスメモリ(RAM
2)4からの信号を出力し、残り2ビツトは空信
号(白)を出力して第2図に示す画素信号を出力
し、デイジタルフアクシミリの場合には第2図a
に示す小文字を、また、アナログフアクシミリの
場合には第2図bに示す大文字をスキヤナー5か
らの画情報に代つて出力し、受信コピー上に書き
