Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the economy of a recording output, by an output of a computer to a desired address of an FAX device via a facsimile line (FAX). CONSTITUTION:An output data outputted with a printer image from a computer 3 is directly converted into an electric signal at an adaptor 1. A data repreventing characters in 8-bit and symbols is stored in a memory 8 for a computer output signal. A buffer memory 9 stores a dot data for one longitudinal line's share. When a vacant memory of one memory 8 is occupied, while a controller 4a iputs a character code outputted from the computer 3 to another memory 8, a longitudinal/lateral conversion is made in case of the direction converting system, the conversion to dot pattern is made from a character generator 7 and each one line of outputs to the FAX is stored to a buffer memory 9.
