(Prior art) In the conventional composite porcelain pipe, the diameter of the inner porcelain pipe is approx.
Large diameters of 600 mm or more were difficult to manufacture due to problems such as distortion, so there were no large diameter ones.

(Structure of the invention) In view of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention forms a large-diameter inner pipe by arranging a plurality of porcelain pieces with an arc-shaped cross section in parallel with each other in the longitudinal direction and joining them with acid-resistant and alkali-resistant joint material. The inner tube made of this ceramic piece is placed almost concentrically within the outer tube made of a large-diameter Hume tube, and the gap between the inner tube and the outer tube is filled with mortar and solidified to form a mortar layer. To explain with reference to the drawings of the embodiment, a composite ceramic pipe 1 is made by arranging a plurality of ceramic pieces 2 having an arc-shaped cross section in parallel with each other in the longitudinal direction and joining them with an acid-resistant and alkali-resistant joint material 3 to form a pipe with a diameter of about 600 mm or more. An inner tube 4 made of a ceramic tube with a large diameter is formed, and this inner tube 4 is arranged almost concentrically within an outer tube 5 made of a large diameter Huum tube, and mortar is placed in an annular gap 6 between the inner tube 4 and the outer tube 5. A mortar layer 7 is formed by filling and solidifying.

(Function of the invention) To explain the action of the invention with reference to the drawings of the embodiment, when a plurality of ceramic pieces 2 having an arcuate cross section are joined in the longitudinal direction, they form an inner pipe of a large-diameter cylindrical ceramic pipe. The joint material 3 that joins the ceramic pieces 2 to each other has almost the same acid and alkali resistance as the ceramic pieces 2, so it is not attacked by the chemical solution flowing inside the pipe and does not leak out from the joint, so it maintains its strength. The mortar layer 7 that connects the outer tube 5 and the inner tube 4 formed by the humid tube is not corroded by the chemical solution.

In addition, the inner tube 4 is formed by joining ceramic pieces each having an arc-shaped cross-section and whose circumference is divided, so that the individual ceramic pieces 2 are not distorted by firing and are easy to manufacture.

(Effects of the invention) In this invention, the inner tube of the ceramic pipe is divided into a plurality of ceramic shards with an arc-shaped cross section, making it easier to manufacture the ceramic shards.
Approximately 600mmφ, which was impossible with conventional technology, by joining with acid-resistant and alkali-resistant joint material.
The large-diameter composite ceramic tube described above can be provided, and the economic effect of significantly reducing equipment costs in chemical factories that handle large quantities of chemical solutions is extremely large.
