(b) Conventional technology Traditionally, when knitting a raised knitted fabric using a warp stockinette knitting machine using 100% long fiber raw yarn, the number of yarns based on one knitting design is used. The stitches, or loops, of the raised knitted fabric knitted by this warp stockinette knitting machine are interconnected in the center of the knitted fabric, so each loop is knitted on both sides. However, in the case of the two ears, especially the loop at the outermost end of the ear, the adjacent loop exists only on one side.

(c) Problem to be solved by the invention Therefore, the loops in this loop and the loops in the ear portions near it are different from the loops in the center which balance the tension between the loops with respect to the adjacent loops. , it is difficult to balance the tension between the loops.

As a result, the loop itself becomes unstable and tends to break, and when the knitted fabric is wound up with a winding roller, the selvage curls, that is, the selvage becomes sagging, and the I is removed as it is, resulting in a high selvage condition. Also, since there is a tension difference between the knitted fabric between the center center part and both selvage parts, there is also a difference in density, that is, the course, and as a result, there is a phenomenon in which moss is left on both selvages when raising the nap in the final process. There is a problem that this occurs, and this leads to defects, and the finished fabric becomes 0 roll.

(d) Means for solving the problems, that is, 1. The present invention provides a star temple provided between two knitting needles and a feed roller when knitting a raised knitted fabric using a warp stockinette knitting machine. The knitted fabric is fed to a feed roller while applying a constant and uniform tension in the weft and weft direction.Secondly, the knitted fabric is fed to a feed roller so that the speed ratio of the circumferential surface to the filter roller is 1.0 to 1.5 for the winding roller and 0.9 to 1 for the winding roller. This is a method of knitting a raised knitted fabric, which is characterized in that it is rolled up using a number of rollers having an I count of 0.0.

FIG. 1 is a simplified side view of the process of a warp stockinette knitting machine that implements the method of the present invention, in which the raw yarn ('Y) sent out from the warp winding beam (A) is transferred to the separator guide (B).
After that, it is passed through the hole of the guide raft (C) in an orderly manner, and a loop is formed by the interlocking action of the pressorcer (D) and the knitting needle (E), resulting in a raised knitted fabric (W). (W) is hooked onto a star temple CF) provided between a knitting needle (E) and a feed roller (G), and by rotation of the temple (F), the knitted fabric (W) is moved in the width direction. While applying tension to spread it out, at the same time applying tension in its longitudinal direction and pulling it, it feeds it to the feed roller (G). The knitted fabric (W) is then wound up by two surface-treated winding rollers (J). I have K) turn it over. In this winding, the speed ratio between the peripheral surface speed of the feed roller (G) and the peripheral surface speed of the winding roller (J) is 1.0 to 1.5. 1
.. 0, but in order to do so, the feed roller (G) and take-up roller (J) are connected by a chain (H), and the chain (H) has an interlocking mechanism for adjusting the speed ratio. A transmission gear (1) is attached. That is, by adjusting the interlocking transmission gear (1), the speed ratio of the peripheral surface speeds of the feed roller (G) and the winding roller (J) can be adjusted.

It should be within the range of 1.0-1.5 0.9-1.0. Note that the 5 speeds are as described above.

The reason why the speed ratio is set within the range of 1.0 to 1.5 and 0.9 to 1.0 is to apply an appropriate required tension to the raised knitted fabric (W) when the speed ratio is rolled up. This is because the selvage becomes sagging when the selvage is rolled up, and as a result, it becomes impossible to prevent the selvage from being left untied, thread breakage, and the selvage height.

(E) Effect As mentioned above, the method of the present invention adjusts the tension in the warp and weft directions of the raised knitted fabric knitted by a warp stockinette knitting machine, instead of using the conventional temples that adjust the tension only in the radial direction. At the same time, by hooking the star temple and pulling it while applying constant and uniform tension mainly in the warp direction but also in the width direction, the tension is balanced between both ear loops before and after passing through the star temple. At the same time, we aim to equalize the density of the knitted fabric between the central part and the selvage of the raised knitted fabric, thereby preventing sagging and selvage-rolling phenomena in which the knitted fabric loosens or tries to return to its original state due to direct winding. Even when the raised knitted fabric is fed to the feed roller and then rolled up by the take-up roller after being sent out from the feed roller, the above-mentioned problems can cause thread breakage, uncut edges, and high edges. In order to prevent sagging and edge rolling, the winding roller is connected to the feed roller by a chain having an interlocking variable speed gear, and the speed ratio of the circumferential surface speed between the winding roller and the feed roller is adjusted.

There is almost no yarn breakage or unshedding that occurs with conventional knitting methods for brushed knitted fabrics, which greatly reduces the occurrence of 0 yarns. Also, when winding up brushed knitted fabrics, there is no selvage height and the winding roller can be used easily. Since it is newly installed, the amount of winding can be made considerably longer than in the past, which contributes to improved quality and productivity. This is a truly useful invention.
