Claims (1)
- 内部から半導体の結晶が成長し上方へ引き出さ
れるるつぼと、該るつぼの外周部分で、かつ、該
るつぼの上下方向の中間部分にほぼ上下方向の中
間部分を位置し配設されたメインヒータと、該メ
インヒータの外側部に配設された保温部材とを設
けたものにおいて、上記メインヒータの上部位置
に隣接し配設された上部サブヒータと、該上部サ
ブヒータ及び上記メインヒータの外側で、かつ、
上記隣接する部分に上下方向の中間部分を位置し
配設された中間サブヒータとを設けたことを特徴
とする半導体製造装置。
