本考案は減圧包装用袋更に詳しくは熱可塑性合
成樹脂フイルムからなる減圧包装用袋に関するも
のであり、その目的とする処は、各種の物品を減
圧包装するに際し、物品の袋への挿入と、これに
続く減圧操作及び、減圧完了に伴う減圧用器具の
脱出と、袋口の封止等一連の操作が取扱いに不慣
れな者でも容易に円滑に手早く行うことが出来る

ものであり、この減圧のための器具としては現在
殆んどの家庭に備えられている真空掃除機を利用
することによつて容易にこれを行うことができる
ことを見出したが、この時に用いられる包装袋に
ついては、一定の減圧状態が得られたならば、減
圧のための器具を迅速に袋中から取り去り、更に
袋の口を速かに封止して袋内の減圧状態が常圧に
復しないようにすることが容易であるような袋で
あることが必要であり、このようなことが満足で
きる袋を提供することによつて家庭にあつても各
種物品を容易に減圧包装することができることに
なるから鋭意検討し、種々実験を重ねた結果プラ
スチツクフイルムからなる袋本体の一つの開口端
を、1ケ所の熱融着部によつて区画して空気吸引
管出入口とし、この空気吸引管出入口には離型紙
付両面粘着テープを貼着した減圧包装用袋とする
ことによつてよくその目的を達することができ、

説明の便宜上先ず円筒状のプラスチツクフイルム
1からなる袋について、第4図及び第5図によつ
て説明する。先ず、第4図のものは、袋本体2の
両端が開口3しているが、一方の開口端3は熱融
着4されて底5とされている。他の一方の開口端
3は次のようにされている。すなわち開口端3に
は熱融着によつて一体化された熱融着部6によつ
て空気吸引管出入口7が区画されているものでこ
の空気吸引管出入口7には、袋本体2内の空気を
吸引脱気する空気吸引管8が挿入されるものであ
り、この出入口7には離型紙付両面粘着テープ9

であるが、この場合には袋とされるためには空気
吸引管出入口7が形成されるべき他の一方の開口
端3を除く3方は何等かの手段で封止されなけれ
ばならず、第6図ではそれを離型紙付両面粘着テ
ープ9によつて封止し、第7図にあつては熱融着
4によつて封止したものを示したもので、他の一
方の開口端3においての熱融着部6による空気吸
引管出入口7の区画とこの部分における離型紙付
両面粘着テープ9の貼着や、他の部分における離
型紙付両面粘着テープ9の貼着は前記したと同様

引脱気が完了し、空気吸引管を引き抜いても、こ
の空気吸引管出入口は僅かな部分であるから、外
部の空気が流入する慮れもなく、離型紙を剥ぎ取
り圧着するのに極めて僅かな時間しか必要としな
いから、極めて簡単に、しかも減圧状態を維持し
たまま容易に行うことができ、特に空気吸引管と
して家庭に常備されている真空掃除機を有効に利
用できるから、減圧包装を家庭で実施することが
できるようになつた等、実用的に有用な考案であ
