Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a packaging bag which easily and sufficiently removes air remaining in a bag after its opening is closed and which can maintain satis factorily the state of being evacuated. CONSTITUTION: In a packaging bag, an item is stored between a front sheet member 2 and a rear sheet member, both of which are flexible. The bag has an opening with a fastener 6, through which the item is stored. A small hole 12 for deaeration is made in the front sheet member 2, in the corner of the bag. Around the small hole 12 is a joining part 14 where the front sheet member 2 and the rear sheet member are so joined as to enclose the small hole 12. The joining part 4 extends around the small hole 12, having an uncontinuous part 15 opposite the corner of the bag. Between the joining part 14 and the small hole 12 is an unjoining area 16, where the front sheet member 2 and the rear sheet member are not joined. An evacuation mechanism 10 comprises the small hole 12, joining part 14, and unjoining area 16.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, the problems to be solved by the invention
When storing food such as meat and fish in a refrigerator or a freezer, the food is stored in a packaging bag. This is for the purpose of preventing foods from coming into contact with each other, preventing the odor of foods from transferring to other foods, and preventing the water in foods from draining. It also has the purpose of preventing oxidation and deterioration of freshness due to contact with oxygen.

As a bag for this purpose, a rectangular bag made of a synthetic resin sheet (including a film) is generally used. This bag has a rectangular shape with one side open and the other three sides closed. The food is contained in the bag through the opening formed on the opening side, and is self-bundled using a portion near the opening of the bag or is bunched using an appropriate tool. Recently, a bag provided with a fastener on the opening side is also used. According to this, after the food is stored, it can be easily closed by the fastener, and the sealing is further ensured.

By the way, when closing the opening of the bag,
It is preferable to exhaust the air inside the bag as much as possible. In addition to the purpose of preventing the food from being exposed to oxygen in the air to be oxidized and deteriorate in freshness as described above, the bag containing the food should be made as small as possible and stored in a refrigerator or a freezer. It also has the purpose of increasing efficiency.

For deaeration of such food-containing bags,
In conventional bags, the air inside the bag is exhausted as much as possible before the opening is closed. However, if the opening is closed and degassed at once, it is often impossible to perform sufficient degassing. It is difficult to sufficiently reduce the amount of residual air.

Next, as shown in FIG. 5, (1) →
(2)->(3)->(4)->(5)-> (6), in order, the periphery of the article 20 present in the central portion of the bag is pushed by fingers from both front and back sides to move it around the article. The remaining air is extruded through the degassing mechanism 10. In this case,
As shown in FIG. 6 corresponding to, the front surface of the joint 12 and the lower side of the bag (the same applies between the joint 12 and the right side of the bag), the discontinuous portion 15 of the joint, and the non-joined region 16 The side sheet member 2 and the back side sheet member 4 are separated from each other to form an air passage through which the small holes 12 are deaerated. In addition, (5) and (6) in FIG.
The operation of pushing with the fingers at the time of the operations (5) and (6) in FIG. In this embodiment, since the deaeration mechanism 10 is provided at the corner of the bag and the discontinuous portion 15 is present at the position facing the corner of the bag, the air forced into the corner of the bag is removed. Based on the pressure of 1, the front side sheet member 2 and the back side sheet member 4 can be efficiently separated and degassed in the joint discontinuous portion 15 and the non-joint region 16.

After deaeration, the air pressure inside the bag that separates the front side sheet member 2 and the back side sheet member 4 from each other in the discontinuous portion 15 and the non-bonded region 16 is no longer present as in the deaeration. Therefore, the degassing mechanism 10 is in the state shown in FIG. Degassing mechanism 10 in this state
Then, of course, there is no circulation of air from inside the bag to the outside of the bag, and there is no circulation of air from outside the bag to inside the bag. There is no air flow from the outside of the bag to the inside of the bag for the following reasons. That is, the front side sheet member 2 and the back side sheet member 4 are present in parallel to each other, and therefore, even if the pressure inside the bag is slightly reduced, the non-bonded region 16 around the small hole 12 is not affected. Two
Since the two sheet members 2 and 4 are in close contact with each other, the inflow of air from the outside is blocked.

Moisture in the air and moisture released from the article also contribute to the close contact between the two sheet members 2 and 4. That is, the presence of this water (even in a small amount) enhances the adhesiveness. This moisture contribution is significant, especially when the article is a food product, which has a significant moisture content.
Furthermore, since the front side sheet member 2 and the back side sheet member 4 are present in parallel to each other after deaeration, the opening area for evaporating water through the small holes 12 is extremely small, and the evaporation of water is also very small. . Therefore, the adhesion performance of the two sheet members 2 and 4 in the non-bonding region 16 around the small hole 12 does not easily deteriorate.

As described above, the degassing mechanism 10 has a function as a check valve for air circulation. That is, after the air remaining in the bag is easily and sufficiently deaerated, the deaeration mechanism 10 can maintain the deaerated state in good condition. Thus, when the article is a fresh food or the like, its freshness can be maintained well.

In the example of FIG. 7, the shape of the joint portion 14 is a square. In the example of FIG. 8, small holes 12 and 13 are provided in both the front side sheet member 2 and the back side sheet member 4. In the example of FIG. 9, the small holes 12 of the front side sheet member 2 and the small holes 13 of the back side sheet member 4 are arranged so as not to overlap each other. In the example of FIG. 10, the joints 14 are formed in discrete steps, that is, the joints have a plurality of discontinuous portions 15 in discrete steps. Even in such a form, the effect of the present invention can be achieved. That is, in the present invention, the effect of the separation between the front side sheet member 2 and the back side sheet member 4 during the accommodation of the article in the bag is affected by the small hole 12 through the joint discontinuous portion 15.
It is effective as long as it does not reach the non-bonding region 16 in the vicinity of.
