Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は電気カミソリ特に小型の電気カミソリ
に関する。 一般に電気カミソリは充電式回転刃、乾電池回
転刃にかかわりなく、電池部、モータ部、内刃外
刃の髭カツト部という主三機能で構成されてい
る。しかし未だ小型化が充分でないという欠点を
有している。本発明は上記の欠点を改善し、回転
子軸方向に永久磁石の磁化方向を有するフラツト
モータによる駆動用モータと電気カミソリとを一
体化した小型薄型化した電気カミソリを提供しよ
うとするものである。 本発明のカミソリは偏平型回転子と永久磁石を
モータヨーク中に並列に並べ、電気カミソリの回
転刃の下方にはモータの回転子のみを配設し、電
気カミソリの握り部には永久磁石と乾電池を同じ
モータヨーク中に構成することを特徴とするもの
である。 次に本発明の実施例を添附図面について説明す
る。 第1図は本発明の断面図を示すもので、図にお
いて1はカミソリの外刃、2はカミソリ内刃、3
は外刃フレーム、4はヒゲクズ溜、5は外刃ハウ
ジング、6は第1のモータケース、7はモータを
構成する永久磁石で後述する如く第1、第2の永
久磁石23,23′からなつている。また8は第
2のヨーク部材、9は偏平型回転子、10は軸受
台、11は軸受、12は平板用刷子、13は平板
整流子、14は軸を示す。 第2図は主にフラツトモータの分解斜視図を示
すもので、第1図と同じ部材は同一符号を示す。
しかして、21はモータケース(第1図で6に相
当する)で、1枚の鉄板より構成され、U字形の
本体21b,21b′と、その連結部21cと、
夫々の本体21b,21b′の延長部には段部を形
成して上方に折り曲げて磁片21d,21d′を形
成し、該磁片の下部に永久磁石23,23′を収
納する。21aは本体21b,21b′間の溝を示
す。 22はモータケース(第1図で8に相当する)
で、同様に1枚の鉄板で構成され、U字形の本体
22d,22dと、その基部の連結部22bと、
連結部22bの近くに刷子台39を取りつけるた
めの溝部22eを形成し、この溝部の両側に、刷
子台39を嵌合するためのしぼり加工部22cを
形成する。又溝部22cの中間に回転子9の軸1
4を受けるための受部22aを形成し、該受部に
軸受11を設ける。 32は乾電池取付台で絶縁物製であり、その両
端には電池固定用のホルダー32a,32bが設
けられており、その内部には電池(図示せず)と
接触する電極が設けられる。又電極は夫々刷子1
2,12と接続される。39は刷子台でフレーム
状に形成されており、両側に刷子12,12′が
設けられている。 31は絶縁カバーで非磁性体で構成され、この
絶縁カバーの高さは、第1、第2の永久磁石2
3,23′を収納する磁片21d,21d′の高さ
と同じ高さとなるように構成し、又カバー31か
らは延長部31aが形成され、この延長部31a
には回転子の軸の軸受が圧入できるような孔36
が設けられている。又この延長部の高さはモータ
ケース21の本体21b,21b′と同じ高さとす
る。又刷子台36及び乾電池取付台32は、夫々
ヨークの溝部22e及びヨーク22の本体22
d,22d′の間の空間に圧入固定される。この状
態は第3図ロに示される。 第3図イはモータ部分の斜視図、ロはヨークと
乾電池取付台とを組立た場合の斜視図、第4図は
側面図を示す。しかして、組立てにあたつては刷
子台39、乾電池ケース32を夫々ヨーク22
装着し、モータケース21の磁片21d,21
d′とヨーク22の本体22d,22d′との間に永
久磁石23′,23を収納し、回転子9の軸14
の一方をヨーク22の軸受11に、又他方を絶縁
カバー31の延長部31aの孔36に軸受を介し
て取りつける。又刷子12,12′は回転子9の
下面に設けた整流子(図示せず)に接触せしめ
る。さらに外刃ハウジング5はモータケース21
の本体21b,21b′の上面に取りつけられる。
この外刃ハウジング5にはフレーム3を介して電
気カミソリの外刃1を取りつけ、あらかじめ内刃
2を回転子の軸14に取りつけることによつて電
気カミソリを構成することができる。 本発明は叙上のように、偏平型の回転子と、永
久磁石を電気カミソリの本体形状に合せて配置す
るため、電気カミソリ回転刃部の厚さを薄くし、
かつ握り部に永久磁石と乾電池とをモータヨーク
内に配設することによつて、電気カミソリを小型
化かつ薄型化としうる効果を有する。
