本考案は小型直流モータに関するもので、特に
モータケースの後部に取付けられる端蓋の内壁面
に絶縁層を介して銅箔等の導電部が配設され、該
導電部上に刷子装置を半田付けすることにより刷
子装置を前記端蓋に直接固接させるようにしたモ
ータに係り、その目的とするところは部品点数が
減少し、作業性の向上が図れると共に、小型化さ

配設される為にモーターが大型化し、小型化指向

固設される前記端蓋1は、ケース2と対応した位
置で、その周面より直角方向へ延出されたコネク
ター部1Aを有すると共に、その内壁底面に第3
図で拡大断面して示す様に、絶縁層5を配設した
上に銅箔による導電部6が配設されるようにして
銅箔による回路が形成されており、これらは必要
に応じて貼着又はプリント形成されてなる。そし
て、この導電部6は軸受7を収納する為の軸受収
納部1Bを避けて形成されており、この導電部6
上には雑音防止用素子8−1,8−2、刷子装置
9−1,9−2等が直接半田付けされる。又、端
蓋1には軸受収納部1Bの外周に位置して形成さ
れた一対の刷子逃し用貫通孔10が形成されてお
