Conventionally, hard interior materials such as soft interior materials containing plasticizers used for floor interiors, whose extrusion molding path cannot be bent, have no choice but to have a straight molding path, which makes it difficult to process, and the surface coloring pattern Because the printing ink evaporates easily, printing could only be done after the high-temperature material had cooled. For this reason, when the uneven pattern was processed after the material had cooled, the depth of the unevenness was extremely shallow, resulting in poor appearance and the colored pattern easily disappearing. Furthermore, if the colored pattern was processed separately after the concavo-convex pattern of the material had shrunk and cooled, the two patterns would be misaligned and the appearance would be poor.

In view of the above, the present invention proposes a manufacturing device that produces a deep uneven pattern without misaligning the unevenness with the colored pattern.

An iron mesh roll 10 and a rubber transfer roll 11 are interposed between the rubber ink roll 5 and the metal printing roll 7.
It is pressurized upwards with an adjustable force of 1000g. 13 is the stopper. The printing roll 7 is driven to rotate at a fixed position, and its interior 7b and shaft interior 7c are hollow, and a roll cooling device 7a is constituted by a structure in which 5°C cooling water W flows. The chamber 4b through which the cooling water W flows constitutes an ink cooling device 4a. The ink 3 used is one that is difficult to evaporate and has excellent heat resistance, is kept at 10° C. or lower, and is circulated by appropriate means. 14 is a pinch roll, and 15 is a cutting machine.

Next, to explain the manufacturing method, from the extrusion mold 1 of the extruder 2, a material A having a cross section of 1 to 10 mm in thickness as shown in Fig. 1 is produced.
was extruded at 3 m/min at 150 to 180°C, and at a point moved about 800 mm, a concavo-convex pattern a of 0.1 to 0.5 mm was printed on the printing roll 7.
At the same time, the colored ink on the surface of the pattern 6 is continuously printed on the concave portions of the pattern 6. At this time, the roll cooling device 7a
Therefore, the temperature of the surface of the uneven pattern mold 6 is about 10°C. Material A is 40 to 50 at a point moved about 200 mm from this printing point.
℃, it is cooled by blowing cooling air with the cooler 9, and then cut into a desired length with the cutter 15.

As is clear from the above description, the present invention includes a printing roll with a concavo-convex pattern engraved between an extruder and a cooler for cooling the material, and a roll cooling device for the roll and a cooling device for the printing roll. Since an ink cooling device is provided to cool the ink supplied to the pattern mold, according to the present invention, the temperature of the ink and the uneven pattern mold can be maintained at approximately 10°C even if the material is at a high temperature, It has excellent effects such as being deep, and since the unevenness and the colored pattern are pressed at the same time, there is no shift at all.
