Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate a residual distortion remaining on the front surface of a flooring material and the rear surface, an opposite side of the material, and consequently, prevent the material from becoming deformed due to heating during thermal transfer process by thermally transferring a pattern to the surface of the flooring material continuously and pressing the rear surface of the material. CONSTITUTION:A board-like thermal plastic resin flooring material 1 which is extruded in an X arrow direction passing through a sizing device and a take-up device from an extrusion die of an extrusion machine, has a thermal transfer film 3 pressed by a heated thermal transfer roll 2. Consequently, a pattern is thermally transferred continuously to the surface of the flooring material 1. Following this process, the rear surface of the flooring material 1 is heated using a hot blast from a hot air blower 5, then the rear surface of the material l in a Y arrow direction is heated, and the material 1 is fed and cut in the Y arrow direction. る。熱転写された床材1はY矢印方向に送られ、切断機
で切断される。なお熱転写フィルム3は図示しないフィ
ルム送りロールによりx矢印の方向に送られ、熱転写後
不要となった離型紙4はy方向に送られ、図示しない巻
取軸に巻取られている。
