(Background of the Invention) Conventionally, as a power supply switching device for an electromagnetic drive device such as an electric shaver, a switching knob 90 is formed of a rotating shaft 91 and a disk body 92 as shown in FIG. 10(a), and by rotating the switching knob 90, a flexible moderation securing member 93 extending from the disk body 92 is engaged.
In one known technique, the tip projection 94 of the connector is fitted into positioning recesses 96 and 97 formed in a wiring board 95.
Due to the sliding friction generated between the protrusion 94 and the base plate 95 during the rotation of the switching knob 90, the moderation ensuring member 93 is likely to bend upward as shown in FIG. 10b. When this happens, the switching knob 90 formed integrally with the moderation ensuring member 93 is tilted as shown in the figure. As a result, the terminal portion 98 on the switching knob 90 side and the terminal portion 99 on the base plate 95 side are inclined.
In addition, if the molding precision or assembly precision of the base plate 95 and the switching knob 90 is poor, the sliding friction between the projection 94 and the base plate 95 will vary, adversely affecting the feel of the switching knob 90 and the rotational operability, which necessitates strict parts management and assembly precision.

(Summary of the invention) The present invention provides a structure in which a switching knob for a power source, etc. is rotatably attached to a switching board, and a terminal part of the switching knob and a terminal part of the switching board can be freely connected to and separated from each other. A ring body made of an independent separate piece is loosely fitted around the outer circumference of the switching knob, and a moderation ensuring member that flexibly slides into contact with the outer circumference of the switching knob is formed inside the ring body. In this way, the ring body equipped with the moderation ensuring member,
By forming it as a separate piece independent of the switching knob, only the ring body loosely fitted to the switching knob can freely move due to the sliding friction with the moderation ensuring member that occurs when the switching knob is rotated. This prevents an unnecessarily large external force (sliding friction) from acting on the switching knob, thereby preventing the switching knob from being inclined and causing poor contact between the terminal portions, as in the conventional device. In addition, by configuring the ring body to be loosely fitted separately to the switching knob, it is possible to absorb molding errors and assembly errors between the two, thereby preventing variations in the sense of moderation and making it possible to rotate the switching knob. It improves sexuality.

Reference numeral 20 denotes a ring body for ensuring moderation of the switching knob 11 (see FIGS. 1, 5c, and 8), and is made of flexible synthetic resin such as polyacetal resin, and is made of a flexible synthetic resin such as polyacetal resin. It is loosely fitted to the outer periphery of the switch knob 11 as a separate piece so as to be freely slidable in the axial direction of the switch knob 11 and in the longitudinal direction of the case A, independently from the switch knob 11. Further, inside the ring body 20, there are formed a circular hole 20c that loosely fits into the knob 11a of the switching knob 11, and arcuate openings 20d and 20e that allow rotation of the protrusions 11b and 11b by a certain angle (90 degrees). However, a moderation ensuring member 20f is formed in an arcuate shape in one opening 20d.

This moderation ensuring member 20f is a stiff member that ensures the moderation of the switching knob 11 and has sufficient flexibility, and when the switching knob 11 is rotated from the solid line position to the chain line position in FIG. Protrusion 11 on its outer periphery
b rotates while temporarily sliding in flexible contact with the moderation ensuring member 20f (see the broken line in the same figure), and at this time, the finger performing the rotation operation feels a moderate sliding resistance, that is, a feeling of moderation. I can do it. In addition, since the moderation ensuring member 20f exists in this way, the external force of vibration accompanying the drive of the drive mechanism B,
There is no risk that the switching knob 11 will rotate unnecessarily and the power source will be switched. Further, the ring body 20 can be assembled by loosely fitting it into the switching knob 11 and then simply covering it with the left and right case pieces 1 and 2 from both sides. In this case, as clearly shown in FIG. 1, the protrusions 20a and 20b of the ring body 20 are connected to a pair of stopper ribs 5 formed long in the vertical direction on the inner surfaces of the left and right cases 1 and 2.
0 and 51, the ring body 20 itself does not rotate in conjunction with the rotation operation of the switching knob 11. Further, since the stopper ribs 50, 51 are formed to be long in the vertical direction, the protrusions 20a, 20b of the ring body 20 can freely move in the vertical direction.
Further, as clearly shown in FIG. 5c, it is loosely fitted to the switching knob 11 with a gap P. Therefore, by rotating the switching knob 11, the protrusion 11 of the switching knob 11 is rotated.
When the moderation ensuring member 20f of the ring body 20 makes temporary sliding contact with the moderation securing member 20f of the ring body 20, the direction (up and down) that adversely affects the contact and separation between the terminal portions 11e, 11e and the terminal portions 15a to 15d during this sliding contact. Since the ring body 20 is an independent separate piece that can move vertically independently of the switching knob 11, even if a force having a component in the vertical direction acts on the ring body 20, only the ring body 20 will move in the vertical direction. Move quickly. Therefore, during the rotation operation, the switching knob 11 receives a vertical force from the side of the ring body 20 provided with the moderation ensuring member 20f and is unnecessarily inclined, causing the terminal portions 11e and 11e of the switching knob 11 and the terminal portions 15a to 15a of the switching board 10 to 15d does not cause poor contact.

The wiring diagram of the switching circuit is shown in Fig. 6, where one end of the excitation coil 4 is connected to the power supply terminal pin 1 connected to the power supply.
8a, and the other end is connected to a power supply terminal pin 18b through a switch mechanism C, and terminal portions 15, 16a to 16d are connected to the intermediate point thereof.
Here, when the switching knob 11 is turned to the left with a coin or the like as described above, the terminal portion 11f is turned as shown by the solid line in Fig. 6.
As a result, the terminal portion 15a and the terminal portion 15b, and the terminal portion 15c and the terminal portion 15d are short-circuited, and the excitation coil 4 is short-circuited.
It can be used with a power supply voltage of 120V by creating a parallel circuit. Also, if you turn it clockwise, the terminal part 1 will turn as shown by the dotted line in Figure 6.
5a and the terminal portion 15b are open, and the terminal portions 15b and 15c are short-circuited to form a series circuit of the excitation coil 4, which can be used at 240V. In addition, in FIG. 5b, the terminal plate 11f indicated by the dotted line corresponds to the former case.
The terminal plate 11f at the chain line position shows the latter case.

(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, the present invention provides a ring body 20, which is a separate piece independent of the switching knob 11, attached to the outer periphery of the switching knob 11 rotatably mounted on the switching board 10.
Since the moderation securing member 20f is formed inside the ring body 20 and flexibly slides into contact with the outer periphery of the switching knob 11, the switching knob 11 and the ring body are fitted together freely during rotation operation. Only the annular body 20 moves freely due to the sliding friction that occurs between the switching knobs 11 and 20.
Since the switching knob 11 is not subjected to a large force from the
11e and terminal parts 15a to 15d on the switching board 10 side
These can be reliably brought into contact and separated without causing contact failure. In addition, since the ring body 20 is loosely fitted into the switching knob 11 so as to be freely movable, these 1
It is possible to absorb molding errors and assembly errors of 1 and 20, thereby preventing variations in moderation and improving rotational operability.
