浸漬移送して連続的に天ぷらを製造する装置に関
するものである。

送せしめて、素材の加熱と色艶をよくしている。
しかし素材は油槽内に投入した後反転することは
困難であるため投入された状態で油槽より引き上
げられる。このため油中に浸漬する素材下面側の
着色は設定通りの良いものとなるが、油面より上
方の空気と接触する又は時に空気と接触する表面
(上側)は裏面(下面側)よりも加熱温度が低
く、色艶も下面側と比べ劣るものとなり製品の価
値を減ずるものとなる。

り少し遅く、中間部を普通の速度にて駆動したこ
とを特徴とする天ぷら製造装置。

の反転コンベヤ5はベルト又はネツトコンベヤ
で、ネツトコンベヤ等3の終端側ローラ3aの下
部に隣接して一方のローラ5aを設け、他方のロ
ーラ5bは第二油槽内の第一パドルに近接するよ
うにして設け、この両ローラ5a,5b間にエン
ドレス状のネツト又はベルト5cが張架されるも
ので、この場合第二油槽側のローラ5bは小さな
径で第一油槽を引き揚げられた素材がこのローラ
5bの外周に沿つて移動する時素材先端は第2図
に示す如くこのローラ外周面に沿つて彎曲し、こ
の彎曲と素材の自重とによつて矢符の如く反転し
て第二油槽内へ落下投入されるようになす。この
ローラ5bの径は10mm〜数10mmとして、素材の大
きさ、形状、柔かさ等により第一油槽より第二油
槽へ確実に反転して供給されるようにその径は定
められる。

のパドル体は始端側よりも速く駆動されているた
め浮上する素材はこのパドル体による速い送りに
よつて次の引揚用コンベヤへ送られ油槽外への引
き揚げが行なわれるものである。尚この時油量、
素材形状、揚げ具合等により昇降フレームを昇降
調整してパドルコンベヤの油面下への浸漬量を最
適なものとなるようになす。
