によつて行なえばよい。

光が行なえ、換気用天窓を設けた場合には屋内の
効果的な換気が行なえるので、健康的で明るい居
住空間を提供することができるものである。さら
に、突棟パーツは台形トラスの上辺に冠着されて
いるため、住宅自体がどの方向に向いていても太
陽光を捉えることができ、前記した如き集光もし
くは採光が確実に行える。従つて、立地条件に左
右されることなく上記したような各効果を発揮さ
せることができるものである。加えて、突棟パー
ツは三角柱状もしくは半円柱状であり、屋根トラ
ス上に冠着する前に予め組み立られているもので
あるから、突棟パーツへの太陽電池、採光用天窓
もしくは換気用天窓の取付を、危険の伴う屋根上
で行わずとも工場や現場の地上など安全な場所で
行うことができる。従つて、突棟パーツの冠着作
業および太陽電池等の取付作業が容易であるとと
もに作業者の安全を確保することができる。
