用量は字消し液全量に対して60〜90重量%である。

体酸)をバインダーとともに塗布されており、熱によシ
バインダーが溶解しロイコ染料と発色剤が化学反応を起
こし発色する機構であるが、ポリエチレングリコールは
何んらかの作用によシロイコ染料と発色剤の結合を分解
し、その結果文字等が消去されるものと推察する。
