The fluorescent substances present in these printed materials and papers do not emit fluorescence when irradiated (stimulated) with visible light that the human eye can perceive, but when stimulated by non-visible light, such as ultraviolet rays, X-rays, or alpha rays. ,β
Those that emit fluorescence only when irradiated with radiation such as radiation are used. Therefore, fluorescence emitted from information such as signs and signals in paper or image-forming bodies (printed materials, cards, etc.) obtained using this fluorescent substance or printing ink or paint containing this fluorescent substance. cannot be confirmed under visible light irradiation, and can only be confirmed by irradiation with ultraviolet rays, electron beams, etc.

Using this black light lamp, irradiate ultraviolet rays onto the information, paper, etc. in the image forming body mentioned above, confirm the emitted fluorescence, and determine whether fluorescent substances are present in the information, paper, etc. in the image forming body. When trying to inspect and confirm that the emitted fluorescent light is outside light (visible light)
This made it extremely difficult to see (the wavelength of the fluorescent light is in the visible range), and it became necessary to inspect and confirm it in a location that was not exposed to external light (visible light).

is a hollowed-out window bored in a portion of the lower surface of the box opposite the observation window 7, and the entire surface of the observation window 7 is covered with an ultraviolet cut filter 4 and a magnifying lens 9.
The aperture window 8 is a window for positioning the object to be examined 6 when confirming the presence of a fluorescent substance in the object to be examined 6 using the aperture device of the present invention, and the observation window 7 is a window for positioning the object to be examined 6. This is a window for an observer to observe the object to be examined 6 located in the bay window 8. Therefore, the drilling position of the observation window 7 is
It is not limited to the top surface of the box as shown in the drawings, but may be the top of the box. In short, the observation window 7 may be provided at the top of the box body, and the bay window 8 may be provided at the bottom surface of the box body at a position where the bay window 8 can be viewed through the observation window 7.

Reference numeral 2 denotes a reflecting plate, which is used to effectively irradiate the ultraviolet rays emitted from the black light lamp 1 onto the object 6 placed in the bay window 8. A blind 3 is provided between the bright light lamp 1 and the observation window 7 to prevent ultraviolet rays emitted from the bright light lamp 1 from directly entering the observer's eyes through the viewing window 7.

置を構成しており12は点灯スイツチである。 When the observation device 11 of the present invention having such a structure is placed on the object to be examined 6 as shown in FIG. The observer can now observe only the fluorescent light emitted from the part of the object 6 to be examined and the ultraviolet rays reflected from the surface of the object 6 to be examined. In this embodiment, the observation window 7 is covered with an ultraviolet cut filter 4, so that the observer can only see the fluorescent light emitted from the fluorescent substance present in the object 6 to be examined. Furthermore, if the blinds 3 and the light-shielding hood 10 are painted black, or if a magnifying lens 9 is provided on the observation window 8, a hood that prevents outside light from entering the observation window 7 can be placed on the top of the box. If the light is provided in the area, the light emitted by the fluorescent substance will be more easily recognized.
Alternatively, a mirror may be installed on the inner surface of the light-shielding hood 10 to guide ultraviolet rays reflected by the object to be examined 6 and fluorescence emitted from the fluorescent substance to the observation window 7. In this case, since the ultraviolet rays are absorbed by the mirror, the observation window 7
There is no need to provide an ultraviolet cut filter 4. In FIGS. 1 and 2, 5 is a power source for causing the black light lamp 1 to emit light, and together with the black light lamp 1 constitutes an ultraviolet irradiation device, and 12 is a lighting switch.
