Claims (1)
- 回路基板に設けた部品取付穴へ、集積回路及び
厚膜混成集積回路のリード端子を挿入した後、半
田付により回路基板と接続してなる回路基板にお
いて、前記集積回路を回路基板の取付穴へ挿入し
た後に前記集積回路の上方から厚膜混成集積回路
を前記集積回路の取付穴に挿入し、リード端子を
同時に半田付けして、回路基板に接続する事を特
徴とする回路基板における厚膜混成集積回路。
