Abstract

PURPOSE:To smoothly suck intake air without deterioration manufacturing properties, by a method wherein a valve seat formed by a resilient material is attached to a valve case body having an end part on the downstream side which is released. CONSTITUTION:A valve case 1 is formed with a case body 3 formed by aluminium die casting, with which an intake air pipe 3a is moulded integrally, a valve seat 4, formed with a resilient body made of rubber, and a stem 5 made of a metal. The valve case 1 has an intake air passage 1a which is spread toward the downstream side, and a stopper 6 and a lead valve 7 are secured to the case body 3 by fastening together by means of a screw 8. The lead valve 7 is slightly rotated between the valve seat 4 and a stopper 6, and is seated to the valve seat 4 to open and close an opening part 1b formed in the valve case 1.
