Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は吸気管にリード弁を具備した2サイ
クル機関用キヤブレターの改良に関するものであ
る。

従来よりリード弁を具備する2サイクル機関に
おけるキヤブレターの出口側通路部は、スロツト
ルバルブ部の通路形状を燃料の霧化促進のため円
形に形成する関係上、全体に亘り円形に形成され
ている。ところが、リード弁の接続部は構造上の
理由から方形、若しくは略楕円形に形成されてい
るため、両者の接続に当つては、通常第1図に示
すように、一端をキヤブレターA開口端に合致す
る円形に、他端をリード弁Bの接続部に合致する
方形、若しくは略楕円形に形成した継手Cを介し
て行なわれている。

また案内片の存在により通路断面積を縮小し、混
合気の流動抵抗を増大させる欠点がある。

し得る2サイクル機関用キヤブレターを提供する
ことを目的としている。

体1の通路部4′の開口端形状と、リード弁Bの
開口端形状にそれぞれ両端開口形状を合致させた
通路6をキヤブレターホルダーに形成し、このホ
ルダー5によつて本体1とリード弁Bとを連結す
る。またホルダー5の通路入口側内周には環状突
起7を突設し、この突起7に係合可能な環状溝8
を本体1の通路部開口端の外周に形成して、両者
7,8の係合によりホルダー5を本体1に結合し
ている。

とがなく、混合気の流動を円滑にでき、またキヤ
ブレターとリード弁との距離を無理なく縮めるこ
ともできて、従来のものに比べてコンパクトにな
し得て、占有スペースも小さくできるので、例え
ばその小さくなつたスペース分だけエアークリー
ナーを大きくできレスポンスも良好になるほか、
キヤブレターのスロツトルバルブ部からリード弁
の開口端に至る通路の断面形状変化が従来のもの
に比べて緩やかになるので、混合気の流れも円滑
になり、機関の出力向上が図れる等の効果を奏す
る優れた技術考案である。
