電により所定温度に達したとき、伸長して上記プ
ランジヤーを駆動する形状記憶合金で形成された
コイルばねを設け、流体の流量を大小の２種類に
制御することを特徴とする流量制御弁。 A flow control valve that includes a main body that branches a flow passage through which fluid passes into a valve flow passage and a bypass flow passage at a central portion, and a plunger that is inserted into the main body from the side and opens and closes the valve flow passage.
