。2. Description of the Related Art An example of a general manufacturing apparatus conventionally used in connection with the above will be explained with reference to the schematic diagram of FIG. That is, in the figure, 1 indicates a core material guide, and a core material 2 is placed inside the core material guide 1.
A passage 3 is provided through the passageway 3 through which the passage 3 passes. In this example, core material 2
A plate-like material in which notches 2a are formed is used as the material. Reference numeral 4 denotes a supply mechanism for supplying the first elastic material, which has a built-in heating source and sequentially supplies the first elastic material through a supply path 5. Reference numeral 6 indicates a supply mechanism for supplying the second elastic material, which has a built-in heating source similar to that described above, and sequentially supplies the second elastic material through a supply path 7. If the first elastic material is a hard solid rubber and the second elastic material is a soft sponge rubber, the solid rubber is attached around the core material 2, and the sponge rubber is integrated around the solid rubber. The weather strip 8 adhered to is sequentially extruded in the direction of the arrow.

Since the core material 2 is moved by the forced extrusion force by the supply mechanism 6, or the rubber discharge pressure, instead of the flat core material 2, an irregularly shaped core material, for example a core material with a U-shaped cross section, is used. When using
This has the disadvantage that the extrusion force against the irregularly shaped core material is insufficient, making it difficult to move the core material smoothly. In other words, when a flat core material 2 is used, the flow of the elastic material imparted with fluidity by the heating source is received by both the upper and lower surfaces of the flat core material, so the extrusion force of the core material is relatively smooth. It is held in
When an irregularly shaped core material with a U-shaped cross section is used instead of the flat core material 2, the extrusion force of the elastic material flowing above, below, left and right of the irregularly shaped core material becomes uneven, and the irregularly shaped core material The direction of travel is biased,
A problem arises in that smooth movement is no longer possible.

る。Effects of the Invention As explained in detail above, according to the extrusion device for a weatherstrip containing irregularly shaped core material according to the present invention, the opposite parts of the core material guide through which the passage through which the irregularly shaped core material passes are provided.
An opening that reaches the path of the irregularly shaped core material is provided, and a pair of rollers that are applied with a rotational force from a drive source and forcibly move the irregularly shaped core material while clamping the irregularly shaped core material are installed in the opening. As the core rotates, the deformed core material can be forced to move at a constant speed. Therefore, the irregularly shaped core material is moved smoothly and reliably, and stagnation of the irregularly shaped core material due to insufficient extrusion force is prevented. As a result, the elastic material supplied by the first and second elastic material supply mechanism 1, such as rubber, which is provided close to the core material guide and has different materials, is applied to the periphery of the irregularly shaped core material. Since the weatherstrip is applied with a uniform thickness, the quality of the obtained weatherstrip with core material is uniform and there is no occurrence of defects, which is a great advantage.
