接、リベツトその他の適当な方法により、これら

程縮径比及び引き締め力を大きくでき、又Qから
レバー12の外端12bまでの距離を長くする程

り帯状部材11を締め付けると、レバー12の外

ことにより、帯状部材を縮径させて被締結体の周
囲に締め付け、帯状部材の外周に重合したレバー
の外端部分を止金具で帯状部材に止着するように
したから、次のような著効を奏する。即ち、帯状
部材の両端を貫通穴に突起を嵌入係止せしめて結
合した上に、さらに係止重合部を略反転させて折
り返し、その結果当該係止部を帯状部材で覆う格
好になるため、自在継手の防塵カバーのような高
速回転体の締付の場合でも妄りに外れることがな
く、この種結合バンドの本質的機能である安定確
実な締付を長期に亘つて保証することができ、同
時に、当該結合バンドは全周に亘つて薄く、被締
結体の周囲にぴつたりと添い、外周に突起物や邪
魔物が全く露出しないから、特に自在継手の防塵
カバーのような回転体の締付において、安全上も
極めて有利である。さらに、装着の際は突起を貫
通穴に引つ掛けるだけで、帯状部材の復元力によ
り弾性的に係止状態が保持されることとなり、引
き続いてレバーを押し倒してその端部を止金具で
止着するだけで締め付けが完了するので、取り扱
い容易にして作業能率が大いに向上する。しか
も、帯状部材が切離して両端間にて開口している
から、従来のように、ホース、自在継手の防塵カ
バー等の端部から差し通さずとも、締め付け箇所
に直接装着することができ、その装着は簡単且つ
容易であり、これも作業性の向上に大いに寄与す
る。更に、構造が簡単であるとともに部品点数が
少ないから、製作コストが安く、しかも部品の結
合はスポツト溶接、リベツト等の通常の締結手段
