2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a cleaning device using ultrasonic waves, for example, one shown in FIG. 1 is known. In this process, the objects to be cleaned stored in a conveyor basket are conveyed by a conveyor 1, and after being subjected to prescribed cleaning in an ultrasonic cleaning tank 2, a shower cleaning tank 3, and a steam cleaning tank 4, the liquid is drained and dried. However, since the capacity of each cleaning tank 2, 3, and 4 is large and the conveyance distance by the conveyor 2 is long, the device becomes very large and requires a large amount of installation space and cost. In addition, it is difficult to manage the cleaning liquid, and the organic solvent vapor tends to leak to the outside, which poses problems in terms of safety and economy.

In view of the above, the present invention aims to provide a cleaning device that is compact and allows easy liquid management. The cleaning tank for the object to be cleaned and the storage tank for the cleaning liquid are configured separately, and the cleaning tank is made smaller. At the same time, by forming the conveyance path of the object to be cleaned in a straight line through each cleaning tank, the cleaning device was made smaller and liquid management was made easier, and at the same time, a thin wire was wound in a spiral. By configuring the conveyance path with a large number of rollers, the contact area with the object to be cleaned is made as small as possible, thereby preventing contamination of the object and promoting drying of the object. It is.

By cyclically supplying cleaning liquid and steam from the storage tank to the small-capacity cleaning tanks 17, 24, and 29, liquid management is easier than when the storage tank, steam generation tank, and each cleaning tank are configured as one. This makes cleaning easier and improves cleaning efficiency. Then, as described later, the steam recovery section 14 and the leakage prevention section 15,
When the liquid level in the storage tank 27 rises due to the cleaning liquid recovered from the cleaning liquid 16, it overflows and flows into the storage tank 21, and from the storage tank 21 it flows into the steam generation tank 32.

Thus, the cleaning tanks 17, 24, 29 and recovery tanks 19, 25 in each of the cleaning sections 11, 12, 13
are arranged at the same height, and the conveyance path 10 is formed to pass through them in the horizontal direction. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, this conveyance path 10 includes a large number of rollers 34 in which corrosion-resistant fine metal wires 35, such as stainless steel wire or piano wire, are spirally wound. The rollers 34 are rotatably supported in orthogonal directions, and the rollers 34 are forcibly connected to a drive source such as a motor so that they can be driven and rotated. It is designed so that it can be supported by its area, thereby preventing contamination of the object A to be cleaned and promoting drying. Therefore, it is desirable that the thin wire 35 be wound around the roller 34 at such a pitch that the number of points of contact with the object to be cleaned is as small as possible within a range that can stably support the object to be cleaned.
In addition, when winding the thin wire 35 around the roller 34, the thin wire 35 is previously formed into a coil shape with an inner diameter slightly smaller than the diameter of the roller 34, and the coil is wound around the roller 34 and both ends thereof are fixed. By doing so, the wrapping can be done easily and firmly.

When the conveyance path 10 is provided in the manner described above, the cleaning liquid vapor is exposed to the outside through the conveyance holes 36, 36 provided in the side walls on the inlet side of the ultrasonic cleaning section 11 and the outlet side of the steam cleaning section 13. Since there is a risk of leakage, leakage to the outside is prevented by the leakage prevention sections 15, 16 and the vapor recovery section 14 equipped with air curtain devices. That is, the air curtain devices in these leakage prevention sections 15 and 16 and the vapor recovery section 14 both connect the duct 37 surrounding the conveyance path 10 to the conveyance path 1.
A fan 38 for generating high-speed airflow is attached to the duct 37, and a condensate 39 for condensing the collected vapor is connected to the duct 37. The condensed cleaning liquid is transferred to the storage tank 27 through the reflux pipe 40
It is configured so that it flows in through the.

In the cleaning device having the above configuration, the conveyance path 1
The thin plate-shaped object to be cleaned A placed on the substrate 0 is conveyed along the conveyance path 10 in the direction of the arrow, and is subjected to predetermined cleaning in an ultrasonic cleaning section 11, a cold liquid cleaning section 12, and a steam cleaning section 13, respectively. box office. The steam leaking from the conveying hole 36 on the outlet side of the steam cleaning tank 29 flows into the duct 37 in the steam recovery section 14, is captured and recovered by the air flow flowing there, and is condensed in the condenser 39, after which it is stored in the storage tank. 27.

Similarly, in the leakage prevention sections 15 and 16, the cleaning liquid vapor leaked from the conveying hole 36 in the ultrasonic cleaning section 11 and the vapor recovery section 14 is captured and recovered by the air flow in the duct 37, and is condensed in the condenser 39. As detailed above, according to the present invention, the cleaning tank is made smaller by having a structure separate from the cleaning liquid storage tank, and the transport path for the objects to be cleaned is formed in a straight line passing through the plurality of cleaning tanks. Therefore, it is possible to downsize the cleaning device and shorten the conveyance path, and at the same time, it is possible to facilitate liquid management. Since it is composed of rollers and the object to be cleaned is supported and conveyed by the thin wire, the contact area of the object to be cleaned can be made very small to reliably prevent contamination of the object and dry it quickly. can be done,
Moreover, since the contact position of the thin wire with respect to the object to be cleaned changes as the roller rotates, this is extremely effective in preventing contamination and scratches and promoting drying, compared to the case where the thin wire contacts the object at the same position.
