In an ink-free marking pen in which an end tube 3 with a pen tip 6 slidably held is screwed or fitted into the tip opening 2 of the ink container 1, a valve is inserted into the tip opening 2 of the ink container 1. A valve receiving plate 11 having a rod insertion hole 9 and a plurality of ink holes 10 is attached, and the valve rod 8 that comes into contact with the inner end of the pen tip 6 is inserted into the valve rod insertion hole 9.
