5の上面が第2搬送路3よりも若干上方に位置す
るように設定してある。この移動定盤5には上面
に開口する吸引部6が設けてある。図中12はフ

路2により送られたワーク1の先端はストツパー
10に当つて停止する。この場合あらかじめ移動
定盤5を鋸刃4側に最も移動させた状態としてお
く。このようにワーク1がストツパー10に当つ
て停止した状態で鋸刃4を移動して鋸刃4により
ワーク1を切断する。この場合移動定盤5の上面
は第2搬送路3よりも若干下方に位置しているの
で移動定盤5とワーク1との間にわずかにすき間
が生じており、切断時に発生する切断くずが吸引
部6によつて吸引されて集じんされることとな
る。切断が完了するとストツパー10が上方に移
動して切断材11の移動に邪魔にならないように
し、次いでシリンダ9を作動して移動定盤5を移
動させる。すると移動定盤5は円弧運動をしなが
ら切断材11に当つて吸引部6が吸着し、この状
態で切断材11を第2搬送路3より持ち上げて前
方に運び、移動定盤5が前方に移動して第2搬送
路3より下方に位置した時点で切断材11を第2
搬送路3上に載せるのである。このようにするこ
とで切断材11は第2搬送路3の中間部分にはこ
ばれて、その後第2搬送路3によつて搬送される
