However, for plastic films, especially those with relatively low tear propagation strength, such as polyvinylidene chloride films, the resheet strip is a safe and excellent cutting tool, as specified in U.S.P. 2,888.181. However, it has been difficult to manufacture for various reasons and has not been put into practical use until now.

By doing so, we have proposed a file sheet piece that does not crack when folded and has edges that prevent abrasive grains from falling off even when cut into small pieces to be attached to containers.

Also, although there is no risk of injury from the file sheet pieces, the rough feel is unavoidable as long as it is a cutting tool. For plastic films, particularly polyvinylidene chloride films and polystyrene films that have low tear propagation strength, there is no need to provide a cutting tool over the entire width of the film as long as fine scratches can be created at the cutting start end.

An acute angle part is provided that is parallel to the winding core of the wound film and is longer than the width of the wound film, and a cutting tool is provided at least at both ends of the acute angle part, and the acute angle part is used as a guide part for the propagation of tearing of the film. .

Examples of the adhesive include resol type phenolic resin, epoxy resin, melamine resin, polyurethane resin, and urea resin. For adhesion, it is desirable that the abrasive grain layer is one layer, and that approximately 1/3 to 2/3 of the abrasive grains are buried in the adhesive layer, and that a portion of each particle protrudes from the adhesive layer. . The base material is not particularly limited, but a flexible one is easy to stick when folded and is easy to fit into the container. When using paper, the flexibility is 5~

Therefore, even if this file sheet piece is attached to the ridgeline of a container such as a paper box or folded in half, no cracks will occur in the file sheet piece. Since the coating adhesive has fluidity during application, even if it is applied uniformly, the tip of the abrasive grain tends to be coated thinly and the base thereof tends to be coated thickly. Therefore, the tip of the abrasive grain still maintains a sharp shape and does not affect the cutting function. The adhesive for coating has an elastic limit elongation of 130 to 700% at room temperature, preferably 150 to 500%,
More preferably, it has a dry film characteristic of 180 to 400%, and examples thereof include SBR, NBR, polyvinyl chloride rubber, polyvinyl acetate rubber, natural rubber, and polyurethane.

Abrasive grains do not adhere to areas where adhesive is not applied, and if the central part is cut, a piece of file sheet with an edge is obtained, and the cutting blade does not wear out rapidly and the abrasive grains do not fall off. By arranging the portions to which no adhesive is applied in a grid pattern in the vertical and horizontal directions, a file sheet piece having a rectangular or square border can be obtained.

This allows you to cut exactly horizontally. Furthermore, since the portion where the cutting tool is provided also has an acute angle, the cutting start efficiency is improved.
