Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate forcibly the adhesion of scale and the clogging of dirt by providing vanes which turn a hot water side valve body, a water side valve body and a piston in the same direction by the flow through respective flow passages. CONSTITUTION:A automatic pressure regulating valve contains a hot water side valve body 15, a hot water side valve seat 16 and a water side valve body 17, a water side valve seat 18 which reduce the primary pressure in a hot water flow passage 13 and a water flow passage 14, and the two valve seats 16 and 18 are formed by chamfering the both ends of a cylinder 19. Vanes 22 and 23 are provided on the hot water side valve body 15 and the water side valve body 17, and the two valve bodies 15, 17 and a piston 20 are turned in the same direction by the flow through respective flow passages. Thus, the adhesion of scale, the clogging of dirt and the like on the sliding surfaces can be forcibly eliminated.

、シリンダ2との接触面積を大きくとることになり、摺
動摩擦抵抗を増大させるだけでなく、弁本体9を含めた
摺動部の重量が大きくなること罠より、微少な圧力バラ
ンスの崩れに対して、応答できなくなり、従って自動調
圧弁後方の湯水混合装置から吐出される混合水温度が変
動するなどの問題点を有していた。
