経済的に美化する工法が開発された。本考案は以
上の如き外壁工事に際して不可欠なフアスナーを
提供するものである。以下本考案に最適な工事を
例として図面を参照しながら其の詳細を説明す
る。

コンクリート製建造物の外壁外装を何等取りこわ
すことなく外壁1にフアスナーAを固定し、ブラ
ケツトBを介して方立3を建造物に固定し、一定
間隔にて上下に通したそれぞれの方立3間に無目
4を固着して方形空間5を構成し、各空間にガラ
ス6又はパネル7を嵌装した状態を示したもので
ある。実施例では建物の外壁1の表面はタイル2
にて外装されてる。上述の工法によれば既存の外
壁1は何等取りこわすこと無くしてフアスナーA
を強固に建造物の外壁に固着出来て、ブラケツト
Bを介してカーテンウオールを形成することが出
来る。ところが予め計画されたカーテンウオール
工事等にて図面指示の位置にフアスナーAを固定
するため、アンカー8を打ち込んだ場合に、往々
コンクリート内の鉄筋にアンカー8の先端が突当
つて打ち込み不能に陥つてしまうことがあり、他
の場所を求めればピツチ不揃いとなり、なお手数
を要することになる。此等の不具合を解決するの
が本考案フアスナーAである。

カー8が鉄筋に打ち当つて打込み不能のとき、其
の位置より50mm外側にある長寸の長孔11を利用
して打ち込む場合を示したもので、同じくロ図は
左アンカー8を、又ハは左右アンカー8を外側の
長寸の長孔11を利用した例である。以上は左右
側方に逃がした例であるが、側方の長孔(長い切
欠)は上下方向に一層長い長寸であるので、打込
み不能のとき一方或いは両方のアンカー8を其の
位置より下方に逃がせば、ニ〜チまでの利用が可
能で、本考案によれば指定の位置に確実にアンカ
ーボルト8を打ち込むことが可能にして、作業者
は安心して指示どおりの位置に確実にフアスナー
Aを固定することが出来る。高層建造物外壁に取
付を必要とするフアスナーAの数は極めて数多い
ので本考案により、既存の外壁に直接に且つ確実
にフアスナーAを固定し得て所期の目的を達成す
ることを得て、生産性の向上に寄与する所大であ
る。
