Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate stripping operation of a light shielding mateial in the stage of stripping off the light shielding material from a light shielded container by bonding the light shielding container to the light shielding material so as to concentrate a stripping force to one point at at least the beginning of stripping. CONSTITUTION:A film package 10 is constituted of a light shielding container 14 for housing sheet film 12 and a strippable covering mateial 18 which shields light tightly to keep the film 12 isolated from light by covering an opening part 14a of the container 14. Since a bonded part 20a is formed obliquely to a direction orthogonal to the stripping direction of the material 18, the stripping force is concentrated in the first stage to one point of the oblique part 20, and the material 18 is stripped gradually from an end side of an end edge part 14b of the container 14 toward another end side. As the result, the material 18 is stripped without requiring relatively large tensile force. As described above, the light shielding material is stripped off very easily with small tensile force, and deterioration of light shielding effect before breaking seal is prevented.

Here, when recording an image on a recording material, an image recording device, for example, an image output laser printer device is employed. The photosensitive sheet film (recorded by this device divided by 4 times 1) is stored in a package, etc., and the film is taken out one by one by a sheet-fed mechanism including a suction cup, etc.
A predetermined image is recorded by irradiating the film with a laser beam based on an electric signal obtained from the g4 phosphor sheet. Then, this film J is transported into an automatic developing device, and after undergoing a developing process, is stored at a predetermined location or is directly provided for diagnosis or the like.

Incidentally, in the image output laser printer device, like the conventional X-ray imaging device described above, external light must not be irradiated on the film J when loading the film into the device, but operability can be improved. It is desirable to increase the film loading capacity in a bright room, and various bright room loading methods are known to make this possible.

However, in the conventional bright room loading method, the film package is stored in a special magazine, this magazine is loaded into a device, and then the package is cut or otherwise loaded into the device. It can be taken out. Therefore, a dedicated magazine is required and must be made strong enough to withstand repeated attachment and detachment, and therefore the dedicated magazine itself has a considerable weight. As a result, a drawback arises in that it is troublesome for the operator to attach and detach the dedicated magazine. Moreover, since the dedicated magazine is provided with a shutter mechanism and the like, it becomes quite expensive. In particular, when using various films of different sizes, it is necessary to prepare a dedicated magazine for each size of film, which significantly increases manufacturing costs and is inconvenient in that it is not economically acceptable in practice. is pointed out.

In view of the above-mentioned inconvenience, the present applicant has developed a film package in which a flexible light-shielding cover member is attached in a peelable manner to the opening of a light-shielding container in which multiple films are stacked and stored without using a dedicated magazine. We proposed a bright room loading method in which the film package itself was directly loaded into the equipment (Japanese Patent Application No. 1986-2024, old issue No. 60-202).

By the way, in such a film package 2, the adhesive part 7 of the light-shielding container 4 and the adhesive part 9 of the cover member 8 are uniformly separated in the vicinity of the edge part 4b of the light-shielding container 4, perpendicular to the peeling direction shown by the arrow. They are uniformly bonded by width bonding portions 7a and 9a. Therefore, when this cover member 8 is peeled off in the image output laser printer device, the peeling force is evenly distributed over the entire surface of the adhesive portions 7a, 9a, so that a load is applied per unit area of the adhesive portions 7a, 9a. The tensile force becomes extremely small. Therefore,
A considerable force is required to peel the cover member 8 from the light-shielding container 4. Moreover, the edge portion 8 of this cover member 8
When peeling occurs each time a is pulled, the load is concentrated on the edge 4b side of the light-shielding container 4, and for example, the edge 4[) side of the film package 2 may be lifted up within the device. As a result, it becomes impossible to smoothly peel off the cover member 8.

Here, as shown in FIG. 2, the adhesive portion 20a is formed to be inclined with respect to a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the cover member 18 is peeled off. Therefore, the peeling force is initially concentrated at one point of the adhesive portion 20a that is inclined, and the cover member 18 is gradually peeled off from one end side of the edge portion 14b of the light-shielding container 14 toward the other end side. That is, the tensile force for peeling off the cover member 18 is sufficiently concentrated on a portion of the bonded portion 20a. As a result, the cover member 18 can be peeled off without requiring any significant tensile force. Next, the cover member 1 after being peeled off from the adhesive portion 20a
If 8 is pulled further, the peeling operation will be more easily accomplished.

As described above, according to the present invention, the joint portion between the light-shielding container that stores the sheet film and the light-shielding member that covers the opening [1] of the light-shielding container is inclined with respect to the direction perpendicular to the peeling direction of the light-shielding member. It is configured to do so. Therefore, when the light-shielding member is peeled off from the light-shielding container, the tensile force is concentrated on a part of the bonded portion, and the light-shielding member can be peeled off very easily with less tensile force.
