【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は主として、コンクリート打ちの道路や
擁壁や水路構造物やトンネル等の工事に使用され
るセメントミルク流入防止用不透水シート付き平
面排水板に関するものである。

従来、この種の不透水シート付き平面排水板と
しとは、熱可塑性合成樹脂製板に突起を設け、こ

たものや、合成樹脂製モノヒラメントを絡めた
り、水誘導線条を不織布等で覆つてその片面にフ
イルム止水層を設けたもの等が存在していたが、
いずれも透水孔面積が少ないか、又は、排水能力
にとぼしいか、土圧等に耐抗する圧潰力に弱い等
の諸種の欠点を有しており、この種排水板に要求
される土圧等に対する耐圧潰力が強く、しかも土
中の水分をより早く、多く、板内に取り入れ、こ
の取水をいち早く、土外に放出する両機能を兼備
したものがなく、耐圧潰力を有するものは吸排水
能力に欠け、吸排水能力を有するものにおいては
耐圧潰力に欠けるという欠点があつた。

接合して平面排水板Pとなしたるものである。こ
の例は凸部2の形状が外観、断頭円錐状となした
るもので、その底部円周長を頭部円周長よりやゝ
大となしたるものである。この部分は、平面排水
板に掛ける外部土圧や輪圧等の抗圧の働きをする
部分であるので、その耐圧潰力を満足させる様な
形状が選定使用される。即ち、平面排水板の経済
性等をも勘案して、高さや肉厚や間隔や配列等が
決定される。第1図のものは凸部2の平面板上の
配列の仕方が縦方向と横方向に整列して配置して
凸部を設けたものの例である。第2図は第1図の
もののC−C部での断面図である。

本考案の排水板に使用されるネツトの材質は硬

主として使用される。ネツトの網目の大きさにつ
いては、ネツト素線の大きさは、それによつて出
来る空間部分の面積より小さい構成がよい。ネツ
トの形状については例示の様な交叉角が直角のも
の以外に斜に交叉し、交叉角の異なる網目形状で
あつてもよい。

本考案の不透水シート付き平面排水板は以上説
明したように集水部分の形状をネツト状となした
るが故に、ネツト素線部分の平面断面積がそれ以

土中にある水を平面板内に集水するのに集水面積
が広いので非常に早く、多量の集水が出来るとい
う従来にない効果をもたらすと共にネツトに設け
られたコツプ状凸部が排水板を土中に埋設した場
合に、排水板に掛かる土圧や、さらにその上に掛
かる車輪圧等の排水板面に掛かる外部圧力に耐抗
して平面が押し潰されることがなく、これに耐え
る力が凸部のコツプ状形状によつて保つことが出
来るので、平面排水板内の水の通路が充分に確保
出来るので、集水能力や保水能力や、さらにこれ
を外部に排水する排水能力が増大するので結局、
平面排水板に掛かる外圧である土圧や輪圧に対抗
して、よく耐える強度を保ちながら、土中にある
水をより早く排水板内に取り入れ、しかも排水板
内に保留する量が多くなり、さらに、これを土外
に排出するのに早く、多くの水を排通水出来ると
いう非常に大きな効果をもたらす平面排水板とい
えるものである。
