Claims

[Scope of Claim for Utility Model Registration] (1) A movable contactor is controlled by a handle and a bistable electromagnet for operation to be in an on state or an off state that also serves as a reset while being regulated by a latch link that responds to a current detection means, and a tripping/opening/closing mechanism configured to trip/open the movable contact by a deregulation operation of the latch link; a magnet configured as a member for tripping/opening the trip/opening/closing mechanism; and the operating bistable. A re-opening prevention device that is interposed in a circuit that conducts electricity in the OFF operation direction of the type electromagnet, is disposed near the magnet when the tripping/opening/closing mechanism is in the regulated state, and responds to the release of the regulation of the tripping/opening/closing mechanism. Remote control type circuit disconnector with reed switch. (2) The remote control type circuit breaker according to claim (1), wherein the magnet is magnetized to the member.
